We Got Some!

Hey, gimme a break - this is what you call SNOW???? There isn't even enough to cover the deck.

Yeah, the weather man was right this time, we got "some" snow, just a light blanket of the fluffy white stuff.

At least most of the grass was covered, not like yesterday. But all it was good for was snooter sniffing. No drifts to run through and burrow into. No mountains for the king (that would be ME). It was all such a bore that all I wanted was to go inside and take a nap.

Will someone please let me in?

BUT wait, now that I am in, look what I found in the living room!

THE CHRISTMAS TREE!!!

She kept her word, she got the tree UP. It is all shaped nicely and the lights are on and there is a very pretty angel on top. The ornaments will have to wait until tomorrow so the oldest grandbiped can help with the decorating, but it looks so awesome there that each of us had to take a turn posing.

PRINCESS DAKOTA

SHY PHANTOM (a.k.a. CHIEF)

AND OF COURSE THIS IS ME!!

I will try to get another posing session in once the tree is finished, and maybe this time, Mom won't chop off the angel on top.

Woos, ThunderDunder

The weather bipeds said we'd get an inch of snow and I said "no we won't; maybe a flurry or two, but probably not even that." Want to know who was right? I need to do my own weather podcasts!

  29. What a pretty tree you have!!

Cool snow! We got some snow too, here in Texas. It melted as soon as it touched down. There was some sleet with it too. Sone built up on the cars, but not much!
