Walking Wednesday - Autumn Colors

Mom is still trying to get better at this video thing. Please excuse all the oopsies and her inability to hold the flashy beast steady. And enjoy.

  1. Oh no! We can't see it because it says it's a private video! Can your mom please change it to public? We want to see it!
    TIA

    Love ya lots

  2. It's hard enough to walk and shoot at the same time. I can't imagine how hard it must be to have you two on leash while trying it.

  3. Your neighborhood is just gorgeous! Mom loved all of the beautiful roses combined with the autumn trees! It doesn't get much better than that!
    Thanks, guys!

  4. We loved the video! We know how hard it is to hold a camera and walk two dogs. The bit we liked best was when you were going through the wooded area and we could hear you crunching on the leaves.
    Isn't that the best sound?
You were also doing a lot of good sniffing - noses down - tails up - that is the basset way.
We didn't like that scary spooky thing hanging from the tree!
The trees looked beautiful and we were surprised that you still had roses - ours have all gone now.
    Good work.

  7. Hey..she makes title boards, she fades to the next shot, she links em together.

Muzzer can't even hold the camera and walk at the same time. Your mom is doing GREAT!

  9. Woooos! My Mom is most impressed, she can't even take pictures with the flashy box while walking us, much less video!

    Looks like a pretty walkie!

  13. Since I am the original Can't Chew Gum and Walk girl, I will just be amazed at your camera work!

Another thing, when Stella sees something of interest, and she always walks in front of me, she just STOPS! I have taken many a stumble, uttered a few HBO words, but never fallen, and I think I would save that for the camera!

Your boys looked very happy about their walkie.

    Cheers,
    Stella's Mom

  18. GREAT vid of a great walk - ooohhhh, those trees, those trees. It feels like centuries since I've been back east among all that beauty (or midwest). You did a great job of showing the dogs and narrating and filming the trees and flowers - hard to do, I'd imagine! Bootiful! Hi pups - looks like you had a great time!
    Hugs xo

  20. Hee hee, we LOVE the video guys!

WE have missed you so much the last couple weeks; sorry we havent been by but Mom has been so busy dealing with the wrath of responsibility that comes with being laid off.

We hope to see you at the blog again soon and we will be back to visit you again too!

  22. That was a great walkie! Your mom walked and talked AND managed the zooming thingie. Most advanced technique.

I was sad to hear your mom say she misses New England. As much as mine gripes she says they will only get her out of the Northeast feet first (whatever that means). But you still have some very pretty trees.

  25. Excellent walking video and we loved the tour of your neighborhood. Our colors have been a little muted this year, but still always breathtaking.

Go Phantom. Tons of energy there!

  26. We can't get the video to work on either mommy or daddy's computers so maybe something's wrong with YouTube at the moment. We'll be back because we want to see your walk in Kansas!

  27. What do you mean the oopsies and stuff? I think the video is great! And it was so interesting compared to the last time we watched one of your Walking Wednesday videos coz that was in summer...and now all the trees are different colours! So beautiful! We still can't believe that Nature can produce colours so bright like that!!
And your coats go with it perfectly!

    Slobbers,
    Honey the Great Dane
ps. my human says she doesn't know how your human can walk AND hold 2 dogs AND hold a camera...she deserves a medal!

  28. We love Phantom's floofy tail! And Thunder looks great as always.

We have a couple of Blaze Maples in the front yard that normally have excellent color but this year, they were green one day & on the ground the next due to some weather issues.

The colors in your neighborhood are gorgeous!! Such a lovely walking area you have!

I think Phantom's fluffy tail rivals MFT's!!! But tell her I said that!!

I see TD has a little of the "jiggly" walk like I do. Heehee!

  43. oh TD and Phantom! your mum is forgiven! taking a video with two energetic dogs is lotsa hard work. she has our respect (bec. our sissy will absolutely go bonkers if she were in your mum's place). whew!

autumn is in the air indeed. but we just know that Winter is the best for sibes. (we're readying our hugs for Phantom to keep him warm!)

    have a wonderful weekend!

    drooly kisses,

    Aki and Poopie

  44. I'm glad you had a chance to check out your neighborhood after you were gone for the weekend. Any big changes?

With all the leaves falling, I think your neighbors should rake them up into a big pile and let you two jump into the pile. Wouldn't that be fun?

Mom planted a burning bush in our backyard, but it really didn't turn very red. Maybe next year.

    Steve

PS. Keep an eye out on my blog because I got my mom to get me something today thanks to you two!
