To MaxDog with Love

We bow our heads.

And we cross our paws.

In tribute to MaxDog

for all that he taught us,

for all that he shared,

for all that he loved.

  4. What a great tribute to Max! We were so sad when we went by his blog and saw his mom's post. We know he is up at the bridge feeling so much better now, but we know how much his family must be hurting and missing him right now.

  6. Soo hard to give the ultimate gift of love that relieves the beloved heart dog and tranfers the pain to his human. Run free, healthy and have fun as you wait Dear Max. (Mom is sooo old and has had dogs all her life so she figures they are going "Hey Max, look here!" "NO, look over here!" And Shamus is bringing him his ball so they can play!) Great tribute and we know Dakota is right in the mix too!
Dogs just do not live long enough. But I suppose that is one of the lessons they teach.
    *sigh*

  12. I haven't felt my heart breaking this desperately since I lost my beautiful Starr 6 years ago. Max had such an impact on many lives throughout the Universe. He now rests with the angels and waits patiently for his dear Maxmom to bring his lead.

Since I read about his passing this morning, I have been in tears most of the day with this feeling of loss that I haven't felt in a long time. Max was really loved by the entire world and he is now mourned. Dearest Max...run free, run in the wind...we will miss you and always love you. Lots of love, Debbie and Holly
