Mud and Mischief on Monday:(

I need HELP!!!

I have to figure out how to open that gate. Why???
I am in big trouble today.

I really thought the Momster would be so proud of me for killing this invader in the yard and then bringing it to her.

Hmmm, and here I thought she had found ME a snake, sure doesn't look much like a slithering critter to me.

Maybe if I look angelic and sit here with the two bipeds, she won't notice me.

Woos, Ciara

  1. Ooooh, what is it? Is it treasure. Surely your mum would be glad you found treasure??

  2. Hmmmm that looks remarkably like a piece of a watering system then a snake - I could be mistaken though having never seen either. I think you did a great job of killing what ever it was!

  3. Uh oh! What is that thing? I'm not sure but it looks dirty. I can sorta see how you'd think it was a snake though. I'm guessing your Mom won't be all that mad -- I mean, how could anyone stay mad looking at your angelic face?

  4. Ciara, what is that you chewed? I don't think your mom is THAT upset with you right? It just looks like some kind of junk. I think it makes a wonderful chew toy.

  5. Ciara, it sure looks like a snake to us and we are not fond of them at all! We bet your mom won't be mad at you. How could she be? You look like an angel sitting on the couch with the sweet grandkids! Lots of love, Holly and mom

  6. Oh oh, is that part of the new system? We're in trouble today too. Bailey and Tess dug a huge hole in the mud this morning and Dad couldn't find enough dirt to fill it in. He was not happy and Mom didn't appreciate our dirty paws.

  9. Oh my, Ciara! Oh my goodness... That does not look like it will be a cheap fix. I'm guessing your kibble supply is going to be slashed for a few weeks to pay for this. Uh oh.

Where should we mail you some of Riley's kibble to? Hehe. No, but really, we hope Mom wasn't too terribly mad with you...!

    Elyse and Riley

P.S.--Try to stay out of trouble for at least one day now...oh, who are we kidding, try for at least an hour! :)

  10. Oh, nooooooo - it's a sprinkler, right? Oh, well, honest mistake! The price one has to pay to be surrounded by beautiful creatures LOL

  11. Ciara if you weren't so cute I am pretty sure you'd be in some deep kitty litter! Me thinks you've dug up a sprinkler head!!!! Oh well, who needs a sprinkler when you've had all that snow. The humans will fix it. Moving on... ooohhh stuffie...

  18. Very cute bipeds but hiding and acting cute never seems to work for me. Perhaps having a neat freak for a mother is my problem, she is always noticing when picutres are knocked over and food is missing from her plate.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Uh-oh. I bet your mum was as impressed as mine was when she found Teddy chewing on her shoe.

  20. Ciara we think you did a great job of killing that thing from the yard, whatever it is. We don't think you should get into trouble - you were just defending your family!

  21. Our experience is it's always good to have angelic bipeds nearby when the Mommy raises hers voice at something helpful we've done.

Preferably we would look as angelic as you look on dat dere cowch too...

  28. Whatever it was, we think you did a sterling job protecting the family. And sitting there beside the little bipeds and smiling is a terrific strategy to be forgiven for ANYTHING!

  35. Blame the gardener and stick to the little bipeds like velcro!

Thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving such kind words for my brother's Gotcha Day. It meant so much to him! You and all of your family are such a part of our extended family...you are always there to encourage and make us smile!

P.S. You saw how Quinn RAN when Daisy Mae kissed him. Can you imagine TOWD in a KISSING BOOTH? He would be pink with bashfulness.

  36. We thought you were going to tell us about some mischief that your Momster got herself into but instead you show us the scary invader you killed for her! Good job Ciara!

  37. I think that the cuteness routine will work, Ciara, especially next to such a cute pair of grand-bipeds.

Is that part of the sprinkler system? Why exactly did you want to kill it? I'm not falling for the "I thought that it was a snake" defense!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Definitely, it's a snake that disguised itself as a water sprinkler. We believe you...

  55. We think you should get some hugs and treats for getting that invader. Who was to know it was something important? It COULD have been a snake. It COULD have been dangerous. How's a Sibe to know? Your sweet innocent face with your two cute bipeds will work. How could anyone be made at that pretty face??? Who needs a watering system anyhow?!

  70. I killed one of those a few years ago and the beans got all out of shape about it and Mommy screamed and hollered till Daddy brought her a new one. Lucky for me she claimed it was Daddy's fault. I have learned to ignore them, since they seem to belong to Mommy and I don't bother her stuff. I just get Daddy's stuff. Sometimes I gets confused cause he uses her stuff. You can come stay with us, I would love to have you. We can chase squirrels and geese (I only chasing the geese when they are flying overhead, I leave the ones in the pond alone). ~Fenris
