Fun with Friends Friday

Happy Friday to all!!!

We all know the wonderful Power of the Paw, so today we decided to lend our paws to our pal Pip. Pip and his family are trying to sell their lovely home, but things aren't happening as quickly as they would like.

So let's all take a moment to "Paws" and cross those paws for some good news for Pip and his wonderful family. We love you, Pip!

A few posts ago, we introduced you to our cute boxer puppy neighbor Layla. We thought you might enjoy a look at how well her invisible fence is (NOT!) working:) Click HERE for a YouTube link if the video doens't work for you.

Our wrought iron fence is set about 15 feet inside our property line. If you look closely in the video, you can see the orange flags that are still there to guide Layla on where her boundaries end. They are probably set another three feet inside HER property line. Hmmmm, something about her fence or her collar isn't working quite right. But we do enjoy getting our exercise racing with her. We keep hoping one of these days that the Momster will let her come inside our compound to join us in some zoomies.

Mom says we aren't supposed to be in this room. But it was dinner time, isn't this the "dining" room? Phantom is starting to feel better, those meds are helping a lot. Here's hoping for a good weekend.

My laptops been a screwed up mess for a month now. I can't see videos, so I'll have to check back.

I'm glad to hear Phantom is feeling better! We'll keep all available paws, fingers and toes crossed for his continued recovery!

Love the last photo! You seem to have better luck/skill/cooperation than most!

  7. Yea Phantom. Tsar says that medicine and that yummy ID helped him feel better too. Keep it up.

I don't trust invisible fencing. Porties would gladly take the shock to go after whatever they want on the other side. I refused to consider selling pups to anyone with an invisible fence.

  8. I hope the medicine keeps working - we don't like hearing that any of our buddies are not feeling well - it makes us worry !

  11. I'm glad Phantom is feeling better! I think Boxers don't respond to much "stimulation"...they are super good at jumping and hopping. Tough old dogs they are!

  20. It's funny how a number of bloggers can take the same story and graphic and each post will be different. :)

We hope the boxer doesn't go the other direction and get hit by a car.

Hope you all have a good weekend too, especially Phantom.

  23. Even Phantom joined in the fence-fun!! Tell him from us that he has a beautiful floofy tail!! (We sometimes get tail envy...)

Just from experience, you might want to suggest that your neighbors get that fence--playing under control. Our neighbors and us had three generations of dogs who gradually got less and less playful and more and more nasty at the fence. Best to 'nip' it in the bud, we think.

    Just sayin'

    Happy Weekend, Woos!!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! Mama and I are so touched by all the good wishes and wonderful posts. Mama even had trouble concentrating at work today because she was just so overwhelmed by the kindness of blogville!

So happy Phantom is starting to feel better! We have been praying for him! Love you!

    Your pal, Pip

  33. hey Pups

What a pawsome video! I so want to run over and play with all of you! I think Layla is impervious to pain and thus electricity is ineffectual. Or, you pups have such great magnetism that she endures the pain so she can play with you! ;->

So furry happy to read Phantom is getting better. Keep it up!!

And paws crossed that Pip and Family sell their home. Good luck!

    Suka

p.s. Love your Cinco de Mayo photo! Sorry I didn't post yesterday. I couldn't because of all the drool I was dropping from thinking of that rabbit kibble you have.

  34. We just know that Mr. Pip's house will sell in no time with all of the blog community energy focused on getting the job done. Lots of great advice and positive mojo is heading his way.

The video was very funny! Except we hope poor Layla isn't getting shocked everytime she comes to the fence to play.

We are VERY happy to hear Phantom is on the mend and are keeping paws crossed that he will continue to improve. Have a wonderful weekend.

Ciara, maybe you have some advice for my sister Puffy?
