Tempting Tasty Tuesday

I spy with my BIG eyes . . .

Something really really yummy!

Can I have some please?

I am waiting patiently.

C'mon, Mom - you know you want to.
What???  You want me to promise to stay out of the mud???

And no teasing Ciara???  And no digging???  And no waking up in the middle of the night???  And no more destuffing stuffies????? Wow, you are asking a lot for a taste of peanut butter.

But . . .

Well . .  .

OK, I promise, but you won't get mad at me if I forget, will you?

What about pulling Thunder's tail???  Oh, oops, never mind about that, I really didn't say it.

Woos, Lightning

  1. She didn't say how long you had to not do that stuff. I like peanut butter too. But for some reason I don't even want peanut butter right now. What's wrong with me? Tell ya what I will promise your mom I won't do those things and you can have my share.

  9. If I were you, I would promise whatever she wanted me to do or not to do immediately (and keep my paws crossed at the back of her). Anyway, my mom has a very short memory (which I hope yours too) so she won't remember what I've promised or I haven't promised.

  10. We can be bribed with a taste of peanut butter too! Sometimes we get it on a bit of celery -- just so we watch our waistlines!

  12. What a mischief maker you are, Lightning! No wonder Mom is making you promise things!

I'd do it. My Mom has a very short memory about things, so I could take the PB and do some mischief all in the same breath almost.

    Cheers all around,
    Stella, Jo and Zkhat

  13. You're showing so much self control. We would have helped ourselves. We believe it's easier to apologize than to ask permission.
