Tasty Chewy Tuesday

We keep seeing all these boxes arriving at our door with lots and lots of presents for Christmas.  But we finally saw one that is for US!!!  It is time for our December taste test for Chewy.com.

Like several of our blogging pals, we selected the Merrick Texas Toothpicks since Mom thought they would be a nice supplement to the teeth brushing to keep our teeth sparkling white.

Mom was very happy to see that these goodies are MADE IN THE USA and have no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

They are all natural and delicious beef tail treats.  They are high in protein and low in fat - those are all very good things.  The description says they have a puffy texture but Mom was a bit surprised at how hard they actually are.

Most of the toothpicks in our bag are long like the two on the left but a few are smaller.  Mom tried to break the big ones in half, but she was unsuccessful - YAY!!!  Bigger is better.

OK, we are ready to taste test them NOW, Mom.  Mom decided they were way too hard for Phantom so he was offered some pumpkin treats instead.  He was quite happy.

Hmmm, this is a bit different.

Ciara must have jaws of steel because she broke hers into bits very easily.

Yep, it's all gone already.  But it was really very good.

Still deciding the best approach.

Let's try the straight on two pawed approach.

Maybe add a little head tilt.

And a tilt to the other side.

And a short video to show you how much we really enjoyed these Texas toothpicks.

Thank you so much, Chewy - we give these Texas Toothpicks 8 paws up and would definitely order them in the future.

Woos - Phantom, Ciara, and Lightning
