Freaky Friday

What  sort of silly game is this supposed to be?

Mom, why are the chairs turned backwards?  And are those flower pots really supposed to be up there on the table?

And what is all that blue stuff on the floor???

Did you guess it was time to clean and restain the wood on the deck?  It has been a long process with all the rain.  With more rain forecast for the next 87 gazillion days, will it ever be finished?

Oh, this is the corner Mom doesn't want me to show you - somePup thought the rails needed a Siberan carving touch.  And no, it wasn't just ME - it's been like this for a few years.  Well, maybe not quite this bad.

Mom wanted to replace all the rails and get a new floor (the composite is getting harder and harder to keep clean), but Dad says not yet - he is hoping for a new deck "one of these years", as he often is known to say:)

  13. As long as the rain keeps coming, there will be no disruption in your DECK TIME! As for the "decorating" in the corner on the rails? I say you did a lovely job of carving.... that's not easy to do!
