Another Tasty Tuesday with Chewy.com #ChewyInfluencer

It is time for us to do our second January review of another product we received from Chewy.com to taste test.  At no cost to us in exchange for a fair and honest review, we received a bag of Merrick Power Bites soft and chewy dog treats.

Do you see what we see on that bag???

These treats have REAL rabbit in them - WOWZERS!!! - and sweet potato.  Now we know we love sweet potatoes, but to have the chance to taste real rabbit is just amazing.  (Of course, we will just slip right by the morning a few years ago that Lightning brought a full grown bunny into the house for breakfast.)  And yes, Speedy, we do love you and would never dream of taking a taste:)

From the Chewy.com website:

Description:

There’s no better way to train or reward your pet than with the protein-packed and obviously delicious Merrick Power Bites Real Rabbit + Sweet Potato Recipe Grain-Free Soft & Chewy Dog Treats. Your eager pup will work hard for the smoky flavor of real deboned rabbit meat and wholesome sweet potatoes. These soft all-natural morsels deliver big taste in every bite along with industry-leading levels of protein and nutritious fruits and veggies to fuel your furry pal’s active lifestyle.

Key Benefits

  • Real deboned rabbit meat is the #1 ingredient
  • Grain-free and gluten-free for food-sensitive pets
  • Antioxidant-rich with sweet potatoes, apples and blueberries
  • Made from quality ingredients from local growers
  • Perfect for rewarding or training, your dog is sure to love Power Bites!

These treats  contain no corn, no wheat, and no soy.  The treats are safely made in the U.S.A. and have quality ingredients.  They are dog tested and approved and have a great taste.  OK, Mom, time for us to test and approve and see if they have a great taste.

Mom says these treats are really perfect to use for training because they are very small and have a very strong smell, making them very appealing to us.  We don't like the small size, but we are pretty sure we will get more than one at a time.

They have a cute star shape to them - that must be because they are meant for stars like us:)

Let's see how well they work with our training skills.

At the very end of our video, you may have guessed that it took us both a little longer to sit because we KNEW that Mom didn't have any more of those yummy stars in her human paws:)

We give these treats four paws up times two - that makes 8 paws up - see we really are STARS - we follow our commands well and we can do out math:)

Can we do some more training now so we can have some treats, Mom?

Mom says that these treats are on sale right now at Chewy.com at a REALLY good price.  Her only concern about them is that she suspects they may be a little salty (not that she tested them or anything), and so she will use them sparingly.

Thanks to Natalie, our Chewy Influencer Specialist and Chewy.com for giving us the opportunity to review this product.  They come in a variety of flavors, like rabbit, deer, chicken, terducken, and salmon.  We encourage you to visit Chewy.com HERE and take a look at all the wonderful products that they have to offer at great prices with superb customer service.

Woos - Lightning and Misty

  13. Misty, you sit when you're good and ready don't you? You're cute! Lightning, you're a good boy too! We hope you got more of those treats! Our mommy won't let us have rabbit because of her friends the carrot lady and all the buns from Mister's Garden. *sigh*
