Thankful Thursday

Today we are joining Brian and his family in the Thankful Thursday bloghop.

We are thankful those storms missed us yesterday and hoping they do the same tonight.  Unfortunately it's that time of the year again - worries and warnings and hopefully no action.

AND thankful that no SomePup those BIG winds didn't devour Mom's imprisoned flowers:)

  2. We are very thankful the storms missed you too and your mom's purrty plants.
Your photos yesterday looked like you were both doing a good job of holding up the walls and staying calm.
This time of year is so scary. Last weekend we had a good storm blow through here we just got wind and rain. But 2 or 3 miles from us it was a different story huge hardwoods uprooted and just a mess.

  3. We have had snow all morning and the flakes are huge. Hoping it missed your mom, even though I'm sure you'd love it.

  7. We were watching that path of destruction on the news. Talk about gone with the wind. So happy it missed you. Wind is the one thing the dogs hate. It makes things creak and makes strange noises.

  12. We had to all go to the basement about 1:30 a.m. due to the tornado sirens. Nothing touched down near us, and we got a few hours sleep before work. I'm happy it was an uneventful night for you.
