I am such a lucky boy. This week I have been noticing a lot of new things around our home. Mom says they are decorations for Christmas. What are decorations? Who is Christmas? I have so much to learn. But one good thing is that I have made some new friends.
I found these five pals camping out on my (and Misty's) hearth.
This fellow looks like he needs a new wardrobe and maybe a bit of grooming. Mom tells me he is NO NO.
This guy has a funny nose - it looks like those orange things Mom puts in my kibble sometimes. But that's OK because I think he brought me a present. Mom says his name is NO TOUCH.
I found one girl in the group, and she is a pup like me, except for those ears. I am going to have to teach her that we dogs don't wear clothes, but I will be polite since she is very pretty. And what is her name, Mom? LEAVE IT! Now that's a strange name.
Then there is this poor fellow who seems to be having trouble getting his legs under him. And he seems to have something odd growing out of his head. He also has a funny name - in a very loud voice Mom told me UH UH.
My last new buddy is this rather round roly-poly guy with an awful lot of fur on his face. Misty and Lightning are trying to tell me that I should be extra nice to him because he is in charge of the nice and naughty list for Christmas. But I still haven't figured out who Christmas is. Oh, and by the way his name is NO WAY.
So after learning the names of my new friends, I wooed at Misty to come meet NO NO, NO TOUCH, LEAVE IT, UH UH, AND NO WAY. I couldn't figure out why she was smiling. I guess she was very excited about having some new pals too.
But then Mom really confused me. Just when I thought I had learned all their names, I heard this:
NO WAY!!!
(Not No No?)
NO TOUCH!!!
(Not Leave It?)
UH UH!!!
(Not No Touch?)
LEAVE IT!!!
(Not Uh Uh?)
NO NO NO NO!!!
(Not No Way?)
And what happened to No No?
I am so confused - who is who??? I think I am going to have to have a little talk with these fellas and figure out what is going on.
My brain is tired from all this pondering, Mom. Would it be OK if I take a little nap with my buddies?
Woos - Timber
