Tasty Tuesday #ChewyInfluencer

We have no shortage of Chewy.com posts to do this month. Last week we had those beautiful Valentine bandanas to show you.  We hope you were able to get a couple of them too. Today we have something to EAT and enjoy.  LOOK!

It's a bag of Blue Buffalo Wilderness Grain Free Wild Bones Dental Chews.   Blue Buffalo says the bones are made to satisfy the spirit of the wolf that lives in every dog and fulfill our primal instinct to chew!  See, we have been trying to tell Mom we are just destined to be chewers:)  AND they are also designed to help clean our teeth and freshen our breath.  They have added vitamins and minerals for good oral health.  No grains, no glutens, no artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors.  In the words of Chewy.com"they’re 100% chewing pleasure any dog will love."

These treats are available in four sizes: mini, small, medium, and large.  We got the LARGE ones that are designed for dogs over 50 pounds.  Now only one of us, Lightning, is over 50 lbs. but you will see how Mom took care of that!!!  They contain no chicken/poultry by-products, just real ingredients.  And they are easily digestible.

Don't they look so good?  Now Chewy.com does have some advice for its customers:  Keep in mind, BLUE Wild Bones are not appropriate for puppies and dogs less than 5 lbs. Always be sure to watch your dog while he enjoys a BLUE Wild Bone to make sure he chews it sufficiently. And, of course, you should make fresh drinking water available at all times.  Now we think that is advice well worth heeding.

Now we think we have "talked" enough, Mom. Time to let us try those bones.

First, the required "wait" for the OK.

Lightning is wondering what the delay is while Misty and Timber keep their eyes on the prizes.

As you can easily tell, we really enjoyed those bones. Mom will tell you she was worried we would eat them too fast and that is why we can't have a WHOLE one. Sheesh!!!  How are we going to keep our teeth clean, Mom???

Note from Mom - I know the dogs really enjoy these, but I worry about them choking on the bones because they really don't chew them very much.  They actually surprised me as they did take the time to break the bone into smaller pieces.  When they get greenies, they practically swallow them whole.  I like the idea of these bones helping keep the teeth clean and giving the dogs fresher breath.  I will probably still give them each only a half of a bone.  When this bag is empty, I will most likely order the medium size instead.

So there you have it - another very fine product available for you to enjoy too.  Just hope on over to Chewy.com and have some sent to your home too.

Disclaimer: Chewy.com sent us this product at absolutely no cost to us in exchange for a fair and honest review.

Woos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber

  16. Even though I am a little dog, mom buys me large chews for the same reason. I get to have the chew for a short period of time then she puts it up till the next evening. When it gets small enough to maybe fit in my mouth she throws it away.

  17. You're all being so good. We can't wait like that. We aren't allowed hard things to chew and Mom also worries about choking. Oh well, we're good at ripping up soft toys unless Bailey is around.
