Truth be Told Thursday

Hi Mom.  A bit of a blurry shot, but I must confess I finally got brave enough and did sneak up all those stairs for the very first time when you were busy vacuuming.   I have been wanting to get up here for quite some time.  I just had to find out what was up here and to see if there really is a cat walking up here.  Lightning told me there was, and I didn't believe him.  I didn't find any cat up here, but there sure are a lot of comfy beds.

Oh, I see - so that's what a catwalk is and you were looking at me through the catwalk.  So where is the cat?

Uh, I do have a little problem though.  I don't think I want to go back down all those scary stairs.  By any chance is there another way down?

  1. Oh no Timber. You will have to stay up there sleeping on those comfy beds until an elevator is installed.
    Toodle pip!
    Bertie.
PS Gail tells me that catwalks rarely involve cats. Even more oddly, you often find skinny women in absurd clothes parading up and down them, apparently.

  3. You'll manage those stairs just fine. I'm sure you've been up there before.

What a cute post. Catwalk. Not the same as a cat.

Have a woof woof day. My best to your mom. ♥

  8. Oh Timber you are toooooo funny. You know there is a law of Physics what goes up must come down. Maybe if you bark pitifully you can get Brudder Lightning to come meet you half way. Wow all this time and your first trip to the upper chambers.

  11. Well, in the blurry photo you could have pretended it was a Sibe Spirit....but looks like you were caught fair and square. You look so proud of your achievement in the last photo. Hope you mastered the down part of stairs.

  12. I can remember learning to climb stairs so well. It's much easier to go up than to go back down. Slow and steady and one step at a time will get the job done, Timber, and I bet your mom will help you out!

  14. Bless your heart. We looked at several two-story homes and would love to have one. Yours is gorgeous! We finally realized at our age with my bad knees and Bentley's short legs it would be kind of stupid. Hahaha!

  15. O you made it upstairs.
We get in trouble for getting on the
sofa in the living room. But they love
    us anyway.
