Guessssssssss what I ssssssssssssspotted yesssssssssssterday!!!!

If woo suffer from Ophidiophobia, woo might want to stop reading now. But if woo want to see what I found the other day in my yard, take a look.

This is the window well from the basement of our house.

And here I am checking out a new smell. What is it? Where is it?

Ready??

Can you see my new friend, Sammy the Snake??
Want a closer look?

Issssssssn't he jussssssssst ssssssssssssssssssso sssssssssssssspecial??? But I don't know how to get down in that hole.
Mom didn't think he was very sssssssssssssspecial at all. She watched him all day and finally he ssssssssssssslithered away through the drain hole down there. Ssssssssshucksssssssss, firsssssst Tony the Turtle, and now Sammy the Snake.

I wonder what I will find next.

Woo, Thunder

****Pee Ess**** On my walkie last night, I grabbed the tastiest treat from the sidewalk. Mom wasn't quite quick enough. Too bad she didn't have her camera because this was a good one. She said it was a lawnmower-recycled sun-baked dead snake!!!!! It was in two parts and I had both of them in my mouth. BUT once again she told me to "leave it" - I resisted until she smacked me in the jaw, then I decided to be good and dropped it. Too bad no camera.

UPDATE FROM MOM @2:00 P.M. today ------ Don't tell Thunder but Sammy the Snake has not left. He is still down in that window well. Whatever do I do now? I am terrified to go in and get it but I don't think it knows how to get out.

Oh, woo! Mom would like Tony the Turtle MUCH better than Sammy! We've seen a few of those around here and they freak mom out.
I can't believe you snagged one, albeit a dead one. Way to GO!

Thunder - Thank goodness we don't have snakes around the estate. That was scary! And you ate one? Did it taste like chicken?

Yikes!!!! Ummm, not sure what to tell you about getting him out. Maybe a rake that you can grab him and fling him way far away? Mom did that once to a snake in her yard. She picked it up with the rake and flung it into the street.

Wooo, that's a mighty fine looking snakey buddy you got there! If we were closer, our boy would go down & grab him & take him somewhere safe for snakes.... but I guess you'll have to do it on your own.

What kind of ssssnnnnaakkkke is THAT?
But he looks like he's trying to communicate with you. The "S" shape is for Sibe! What did he want? To tickle your underbelly?
