Here I was at four months with my yellow ducky. Many of you wondered if I would still have him when I hit five months. I haven't seen him around for a while so maybe you are all correct.
Well, this week I am five months old! And see, I still have Mr. Ducky - and he has not been destuffed at all.
Mom says I don't look much bigger in this photo than in the four months old one, just a little taller. Last week's vet visit was a good one. I now weigh 31.7 lbs. and everything checks out well. And for some reason, my facial markings are changing - I now have a big "V" on my forehead. What could that mean?
Aren't you all just so proud of me? The begonias are still in the planter, and I haven't touched them at all.
Hmmm, maybe . . . . . .
Meanwhile, I see these two big pots sitting on the deck table - they look rather odd up there, don't you think?
I just have to figure out how to get them down here where they used to be.

Woos, Ciara
Pee Ess, we have a lot of "stuff" going on around here, so we may not be posting as often or leaving comments on your posts every day. We will be reading as much as we can - hope you all understand.
I think the "V" stands for Very cute!
ReplyDeleteWe think the V stands for Victory over your urges to dig up the Begonias.
ReplyDeleteDont worry too much about the planters being in a weird place, your a little young still but you will see laots of things in wierd places because the humans are trying to keep us from getting things.
You should see all the wierd things in wierd places in our house and yard.
Remy and Flash
This is serious!!! At five months old a pup should most definitely be explorin' his/her world!!! I think you need my highly qualified assistance! Oh dear, OH DEAR!! I'm cancellin' all my previous engagements and will be right over. Before you know it, those plants will be all over the deck and that duck will be history. It's not too late, together we can and will conquer this serious case of Behavinitis!
ReplyDeleteThe V stands for vacation 'cuz your Mom is gonna need one after I am done learnin' you up right!
Woofs and untrained slobbers,
Chester ;0=)
V is fur VIXEN ;-)

ReplyDeleteXOXO
Lilly, Piper, Carrleigh and Ruairi
Ciara,
ReplyDeleteWe think you need some terrierist destuffing lessons. At five months, no stuffie should last more than a few seconds -- a minute tops!!!
But you are quite beautiful and we admire your restraint with those plants that your mom loves.
Wirey love,
Jake and Just Harry
V fur Vixen
ReplyDeleteV fur Victory (against the flowers)

Va-va Voom and Value Add! of course!
ReplyDeleteWe guess your mom hid your rubber duck and that's why you still have it. Correct? Close?
ReplyDeleteCiara, you must not touch the begonias or you will be in big trouble.
ReplyDeleteJust as well you are so cute - it could help save you!
We like the pics of you and your ducky.

Martha and Bailey xxx
Ciara you are very good not to touch the begonias! And we did notice that you are taller in your 5 month picture. We aren't sure what the V means but we think it is very cool (maybe it is for very cool?) It looks pretty fancy to us.

Ciara, you just keep getting prettier by the day! We don't know what the V stands for but it sure is nice looking on you!! You are doing great not destuffing your toy or getting the flowers. Mom still has everything up high in the house and outside also from me. It looks strange, especially inside, but she said it's best this way. You are great! I need to take lessons from you!! Lots of love, Holly and her mom Debbie
ReplyDeleteHappy 5 months. You are doing so good not to de-stuff the ducky and not to eat the flowers. A little digging would be fun...
ReplyDeleteBig Sloppy Kisses

Ciara,
ReplyDeleteWow, I almost thought those two pictures were taken on the same day. You really don't look that different, except a bit taller as your mom says :)
You have been a good girl staying away from those flowers and being nice to your stuffie. I'm glad you don't take any examples from me (hee hee)

ReplyDeleteKat

ReplyDeleteSam & June
Thanks for stopping by my blog! I LOVE your yellow duck!!! But I would totally rip out his eyes. {sorry}
ReplyDeleteCiara - tell your mom to sends you to my house right away! You most obviously need to be tutored in the ways of the destuffing. It's not right that someone your age hasn't perfected this Most Necessary skill! Tsk, tsk.
ReplyDeleteAnd I think the V stands for Very Much Adorable!
Wiggles & Wags,
Mayzie

We understands, our "help" isn't being very helpful lately. I mean see how long it took us to visit you. We are very proud of you for leaving the begonias alone. We thinks the V stand for victory because you are the ruler of the house.
ReplyDeleteHi Ciara, every day you become more beautiful and graceful, sigh.....! We're glad your duckie pal is still around - we've had squeaky chicken since the very first week we've been here, we don't know WHAT we'd do if anything happened to squeaky! Schnauzer snuggles - JD and Max.
