Furs-Day with Thunder







Look what this heat is doing to my furs.



And that is just from my back hip area. To think we were all fully groomed and furs blown out at the end of June. This heat just has to let up soon, or I might just go bald.


Whoa - what is this? Sure looks like a different kind of fur to us.


Yep, we snagged another part of the Momster.

Hope we can trick her again, Frankie, and find some more parts for the flashy beast to capture for the big Fur FurFolks Eyes Only event.

    You could stuff a quilt or two..BOL
    Your mom has lovely furs, so curly...my mom tries to curl her furs and it just goes flat (like an Afghan hound)

    Wow that is alot of hair!! We just got a furminator in our house and its crazy how much hair we are getting off the duo still no where near compared to yours!

    Wow - that is so much fur!! Hope it cools down soon so you don't go bald. Our favorite way to cool down is to roll around on those awesome AC vents on the floor.

    Dunc's shedding like crazy too...mom brushed him outside the other day and it looks like a squirrel exploded. :)

    The human sissy's 2 dogs are shedding too. We have white floors and they have black fur. You can really see it. Plus it clogs up the vacuum. Eeech!

    CSI would have fu in our house. It would take them two years to collect up all the hairs and fibers.

    I've made pillows out of dog hair, before. There are also people that will make yarn and then hats and mittens out of it.

    Oh, you guys got mommy good today! She read Furs-day and though it was Thursday - she had to double check (good one!)

    Tell your mommy to have your fur spun into yarn and my mommy will crochet an ornament out of it for your Christmas tree this year - that's what she did will all my fur!

    YES... send it all to Remington.. his mom will spin it and then Knit your mom a Scarf!!!

    I blew my coat one year in LATE September when the temps went above 80.

    Hey... your mom's head furs look Grrrreat... not at ALL like my mom's in the pic.. BUTT you keep workin on this.. PAWject.. I'm still laffin at your mom's "Paws".. I FORCE my mom and dad to keep THEIRS COVERED.. YUCK... and the STINK.. Sheesh
    Can't wait to see what you get fur the next one!!! Maybe... How she Crosses Her Paws???? Peeps are ALWAYS tryin to do THAT .. and Boy Howdy are they EVER Bad at it. BaaaWaaaah

    We are shedding like crazy here too. Especially Fenris and Scylla. Yes we know it doesn't make sense Arty has longer hair but Scylla sheds more.

    I bought a Furminator a couple of years ago and Stella HATES it. We have big fights when I try to use it on her. But who loves it? Ali Zophia loves being furminated. She is becoming sleeker and more beauteous as we go along.

    It's bad enough the hots is taking away your yard time but now it's making your fur come out too? We sure hope it cools off soon!

    We White Dogs are taking turns at doing just the same thing. Momma would prefer all at once for the vacuum's sake but...right now it is Nuka and Quinn's turns. We hope momster is not shedding as much!

    Wowwwwwww... that is A LOT of fur!! (Our mom says she'll stop complaining about Hershey's shedding from now on..LOL). Maybe if your mom starts collecting all your fur now, she can have a pretty nice shawl by winter!

    Wow, you have as much hair to deal w/ as we do,,,canine that is. I've decided that nobody's perfect so I brush a little on each one and when my arms fall off that's it for a day or two!
