I tried to warn you yesterday! I just knew there was bad weather coming! |
Lucky for us they didn't come here, but lots of damage not that far away from us. |
Now, do you think I could get some rest after being up all night with that crazy wind? |
Woos - Phantom
Glad to hear it didn't visit you. Bad storms are always the bad part of springtime!
ReplyDeletePhantom you must have a degree in meteorology. Or you simply are in tune with whats going on around you. Glad you weathered the storm.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Goose

Hi, So far I've heard about Kansas, Illinois and one other area being hit by tornadoes. We had lots of wind last night and then mid-day today; I sure hope that no lives were lost.
ReplyDeleteLots of love,

We knew you were right Phantom! We're glad you didn't get any damage. It was pretty close to our Grandpa in KS but everybuddy is okay. It's too early for storms like that! Hope you get some rest today!

I was up all night with the winds, too, dear one! And then I had scary nightmares. Momma held me until I fell asleep but I have been resting LOTS today (the weather is better here and I hope by you).
ReplyDeleteOh Phantom, I thought of you immediately when I heard about the storms and hoped they weren't near you! We had very strong winds last night and lots of rain, but fortunately no tornadoes. My assistant woke up during the storms, but the rest of the family - furry and non-furry slept through them.
ReplyDeleteYour pal, Pip
Glad that it's all over and I hope you could have some good sleep after all the hard work.
ReplyDeleteI never like strong winds either, it irritates me when it howls and disturbs me from my sleep too.

Phantom I hear you my pal. We had major winds and noisy kinds of rain all night. I was a nervous nutcase all night. I am so scared of those noises. I am better today and I hope you are too.
ReplyDeleteLoveys Sasha
We're so glad those nasty winds missed you!!!
ReplyDeleteTornados have to be one of the worst weather events -- they are so unpredictable.
Wirey woofs,
Jake and Just Harry
That wind Tuesday and yesterday was wicked. We missed those storms, too, but not by much. One of the cats kept an eye on what was going on outside and, like Phantom, he was exhausted from being on wind guard duty!
ReplyDeleteHowdy Phantom, sorry you don't like bad weather. At least your family know when its coming by your radar! Take care mate. No worries, and love, Stella and Rory
ReplyDeletePhantom, hope the wind dies down for you!
ReplyDeleteTry not to get too windblown in the mean time :)
Slobbers
Best thing to do when the weather is strange is find a cozy place and take a nap....looks like you got that down pat!
ReplyDeletePoor Phantom! It's tough to be so weather-sensitive! Maybe you will get lots of snoozes in the sunbeams today.
ReplyDeletep.s. your youngest is getting HUGE!!!
We've had some horrible weather lately - the wind blew something into our window and broke it! No fun at all
ReplyDeleteYou weren't kidding! You really DO forecast the weather!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear those storms missed your area. Crazy and scary.
ReplyDeletexxoo
Deborah
