Friday is for Phantom's Friends

Today we want to salute all of YOU!!!  We were all overwhelmed by the loving outreach from so many upon the passing of Phantom.  You are all the BEST!!!

We received so many loving and heartwarming messages on every one of the posts we did in his honor.

AND we received many touching and beautiful personal emails from many of you.

And then there were all the sweet and beautiful cards, both electronic and snail mail.

Mom wanted to reach out to each of you individually to thank you for your kindness, but we are all worried she might miss someone.  So we want to take this time to give you all the biggest virtual hug ever and to thank you so much for your kindness and love.  It all makes this very difficult time so much easier to accept.  So thank you to everyone - from the bottom of our hearts.

Woos - Ciara, Lightning, and Mom

Oh, fanks for the hug and I is sending you ALL a very BIG Princess hug back.
I wish I was older 'cos then I would have got to know more of Mr Phantom and maybe, when you feels up to it, you could do a post about his life 'cos I would love to hear all about him.

I'm glad that Blogville has been there for you during this very tough time. I think that many of us understand how very tough losing Phantom was/is. We had one dog who lived almost as long as Phantom, and he felt like the rock in our ever changing lives. It really threw us for a loop when he was gone... so we understand. And, although I never met Phantom in the fur, I miss him. I felt like his sweet eyes were a window to his soul.

Sue said it best - your loss is our loss, too. We all come to love eachother's dogs, their personalities, quirks, sensitivities, even illnesses. I hope the boys are playing at the Bridge.

Mommy is always afraid to start thanking pals also for fear of forgetting someone. I think this way is very nice. Phantom was so loved and will live in our hearts forever.

Phantom, had a huge following which is due to his wonderful Mom who wrote all about him and wrote well. Like Brian said, he was a part family to all of us. We know how hard this is just want to offer our support. Sending lots of hugs to Mom and to Ciara and Lightning.
