So it was just an ordinary weekday with rain falling outside . . .
. . . And Ciara was just taking a little nap on the sofa while . . .
. . . Lightning stretched out on the floor for a brief respite from playtime.
BUT THEN we heard Mom say: "It is time for our May Chewy.com Review."
It didn't take long for both of us to come to full attention mode. Our box arrived just two days after we submitted our request to that nice lady Sydney from Chewy.com. Imagine our surprise when we opened the box to discover that we received not ONE but TWO great products to review. We hit the Chewy jackpot.
The first item is the one we had actually requested: The Honest Kitchen Wishes.
Wishes do come true with this package. It is filled with Pure Icelandic haddock fillets for both dogs AND cats. The packaging states that "the haddock is caught in the cold, pristine waters off the coast of Iceland using a hook and line, not trawlers, to reduce impact on the ocean's delicate eco-system." Although the product is not made in the U.S.A., it IS packaged here, and we have a lot of confidence in the products made by The Honest Kitchen.
The treats can be snapped easily into smaller pieces, making them perfect for reward treats. But we do prefer a bigger piece to munch on:) - no snapping into smaller pieces, Mom. And the odor????? Fish-alicious!!!
Sydney also included a package of Nature's Variety Prairie treats.
Inside the bag are All Natural oven-baked biscuits with pumpkin and cranberries. They do not contain any wheat, corn, soy, artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors. AND if you look closely at the bag, you can see in the lower right corner the American flag showing that they are MADE in the U.S.A. Yay!!!
Lightning almost knocked Mom over when she opened the bag and the sweet aroma of pumpkin and cranberries wafted out.
The crunchy biscuits are a nice size as you can see in this photo.
We convinced Mom that we each deserved a WHOLE one (two each would have been even nicer). Mom can't seem to manage to get pics of us actually test tasting the treats, but believe us, she rewarded us very nicely for helping her with the review.
We suppose you want to know what we think of these two bags of goodness from Chewy.com. We both give them four paws up, which means a total of eight paws!!!
We have no idea how this box of wishes ended up on the carpet.
Ciara, you keep your eyes on the box while I wow Mom with a good pose.
Hi, Mom - just being two very well-behaved sibes hoping you will let us have some more of our "Wishes" come true:) or another chance to taste those pumpkin/cranberry biscuits.
Thank you, Chewy.com for another wonderful box of goodies. We received the two packages of treats from Chewy.com in return for an honest review. We were not paid or compensated for our review in any way. All opinions expressed are our own.
If you would like to try these treats or view the myriad of items you can buy through Chewy.com, just click HERE and have that plastic card ready to have lots of fun.
