Wondering Wednesday

Mom, Lightning is wondering what the date is today?

February 22?????
How can that be?  It is 77 degrees out here!!!

Shouldn't we be sitting in some snow instead of this semi-green grass?  Mother Nature sure is getting silly.  But at least there is one good thing about it - we get to be outside a LOT!!!

  1. We've about given up on any snow this year. Guess we'll have to move to Canada after all.

  2. Don't ask. Just enjoy. Maybe you will get some snow in August. That would be a nice change of pace

  13. Yikes. Climate change really is getting worse. I have never seen a winter this warm. It is even warm over here and that never happens.

  15. Oh my word we hear your thoughts too. It is predicted to be 80 here today and will break all kinds of records. I sure hope this very warm Feb is not indication of a hot scorching summer to come.
    Hugs and cool breezy thoughts

  21. We've had wonderful temps here as well. Mom and I have spent a lot of time outside. I've gotten to dig for moles, chase squirrels and tromp though my woods and fields. Lifes a blast, except it's been so warm the pollen is starting and so are Mom and I's allergies.

  22. Mother Nature is acting really weird here in San Diego too! She has given us so much rain !!! (We're happy to have it though since now we are out of drought conditions). Maybe Mother Nature is on vacation and she left Father Nature is in charge. Only she forgot to leave instructions! RosyPoodleKisses!
