Thankful Thursday

Timber says today is a great day to join in on the fun with Brian's Thankful Thursday Bloghop.  So let's go.

Do you notice anything different?  Yes, there is some icy snow on the ground outside. Yes, we are posing nicely for Mom.  Is that all you are noticing?

I have shed my lampshade!!!  AND I am delighted.  Now how exactly did that happen?

I bet you are thinking that Mom decided to see if I would leave my surgery area alone.  But you would be wrong:)

My sweet sister Misty pulled it off me while we were out playing in the very cold, icy yard.  I now LOVE her more than ever.  Now Mom was not too happy because then SHE had to put on her boots and warm jacket and carefully get across the icy deck and down the very slick steps to retrieve my cone.  You see, we Sibes have no retrieving interest whatsoever so there is no way I was bringing it to her.

C'mon, Misty and Lightning, let's all give Mom a big smile like mine - we might get a nice treat for a reward.

Look at that head tilt on Misty - she is wondering if she is in trouble with Mom:)  Nah, she is my heroine!!!

I am one very THANKFUL and happy boy - Mom says she thinks I am even more handsome than I was before my New-turd surgery.

I have been cone-less for about an hour now and have been a good boy.  Mom says maybe I only have to put it on overnight when she can't watch me.  YAY!!!

Woos - Timber (Lightning and Misty)

Oh Timber you handsome Woo You! Misty was trying to figure out how to remove that cone in the video the other day. Looks like she did it. I guess her plan was to leave it in the middle of the yard and mom wouldn't go get it.
AnyWoo we are glad it is off and you have your freedom...now be sure not to lick and you can remain foot loose and lamp shade free
hugs madi your bfff

I had a feeling that Misty was going to take your cone off Timber. You sure look happy without it. Glad you are cone free for a little while. Misty, you could have done that in the house rather than out in the icy yard. Thanks for all your good thoughts for Lucky. Have a great Friday and week end.

OMD Your Mom walked in ice that's just too scary.
You all look so sweet! Hope the cone stays off.
I am surprised there is glass objects on the tables
and the woos don't play too rough to knock it all off.

Timber, you are handsome no matter what you are or aren't wearing! But I hope you've been good and are now "naked!" :-)

Hope that ice melts quickly - Sixty here today, but a big drop is coming by the end of the weekend!
