A new Position for Phantom

Mom says this is supposed to be a floor map for the baby boy bipeds to use for all their new trucks, cars, and trains. Since it has been placed in my spot for morning sun and naptime, I have decided to become the Chairman of the Department of Streets and Engineering.

    That's an important job Phantom and you'll have to attend a lot of meetings (usually with lunch provided, so that's okay) and after that you'll be needing a lot of naps. It's a big responsibility.
