It's not all THAT flat...

As woo know, we live in the state of Kansas, on the eastern side. Evfurry one always thinks of Kansas as furry flat. But that really isn't true. And here is proof. Although the picture doesn't do it justice because our photographer was doing this from inside, this is a very hilly part of our yard.

Here is Thunder doing sentry watch as King of the Hill. He is keeping his eye out for squirrel-y invaders.

"Don't bother me, now, Mom, can't woo see how busy I am?"

And Phantom is getting his rest (in the sun, of course) before the changing of the guard.

Woos, the OP Pack

Pee Ess Woo - For those of woo in NEW England and the other England with all the snow, woo can see how furry dry we are here in the heartland. We need SNOW!!!

  1. Good job there Thunder, did you catch any trespassing squirrels?

Phantom doesn't look as good at it as you.

Guess we both live in a very dry area though we did get 6mm of rain yesterday. Better than nothing I suppose.

  8. Woo two are doing a great job. Looks like there are absolutely NO squirrels in your yard! Here on the New England coast, we are getting snow right now. supposed to have snow the next 3 days, with a few inches accumulation. Want us to box some up & mail it to woo?

  9. Great job Thunder! Actually, I'd like a squirrel to come into my porch so that I can play with it. I don't want it to run away...

  11. We've given up on the hope for "real" snow. We get a teaspoon at a time. We're about to declare a defeat and hope for spring so we can chase fireflies.

  19. of course you are guarding your yard for intruders. we do the same thing. it's important to be on the very top of the hill so you can survey your entire territory.

  23. If your yard is hilly, does that mean that you get big mud puddles at the bottom? That would be so fun!
