True Colors Thursday

We are going to try something different today. This will be our first time participating in Poopsie aka Blue "True Colors Thursday". If woo want to find out more about this meme, please visit My True Colours. Today's color is ORANGE. After we decided to take part in this fun game, we realized we probably should have waited for a better color choice. We have almost NOTHING orange in this house. We really had to scavenge high and low to find even a few things. And trust us, our finds are pretty poor. Anyway, we did have fun realizing this is one color we really need to add to our lives. Here goes.

This is a lunchbox icepack shaped like a soccer ball that Mom uses in the littlest boy grandbiped's lunch pack when he goes to school.

And this is the biggest grandbiped's Dora the Explorer camping van - pretty cool color, isn't it?

And how about a little Halloween in February - we can do Valentine's Day another time. These jack o'lanterns don't get stored away after the trick or treat event ends because all the little grandbipeds use them for many little toys.

OK, enough of the grandbipeds' stuff. Here are some of my favorite toys, lots of orange there.

And Princess Dakota loves to pupsit for Riff, one of Barney's pals.

Hmmm, what does Mom have for Phantom, he is sniffing it

He will even do this lame "sit pretty" pose for her.

Well, he doesn't look quite so happy now that he realizes someone might be trying to look in his ears.

And now, Mom says we saved the best for last, the only thing orange in the house that she could produce that is hers:

This is the front of a beautiful card she got from her son
and daughter-in-law to celebrate Chinese New Year.

So that's what we did for ORANGE. Maybe the next color will be easier for us.
