It's raining, it's pouring, the poor boys are snoring.
They went to bed and and after all was said,
This is how they spent their early morning.
And late morning.
And early afternoon.
And lunchtime.
And after lunchtime.
And still.
Rain, rain, go away, come again another day (or not).
Some pups want to go out and play.
Will it ever stop?

OK, furiends, what do you think? Will I get in more trouble if I try to eat this one? It's not a bunny, it's not real, I need to have something to do.

Once the lightning was out of our area, we got Mom and Dad to bundle up and take us on a nice, long walk. There's lots of talk here about someone smelling like wet sweaters or wet sheeps or something, but I have NO idea who Mom's talking about.

Bored sibes stuck in the house. What could possibly go wrong?

ReplyDeleteWe got about 5 inches of rain last night and it's still raining. The dogs think they can swim in the back yard. The aroma of damp dog permeates the house and we had to break out a bag of new toys to help fight the rainy day blues.

ReplyDeleteOh boy, you have to convince your humans that its FUN for every pup to play in the rain. ESPECIALLY sibes! And it's fun to come in with muddy paws on a nice white carpet! Pups or people couldn't be bored with that kind of fun!

Did we ever tell you that our Moma grew up in Overland Park when she was just a little girl (hundreds of years ago?) and that she goes there every summer to visit a cemetery and put pretty flowers on the graves? We were there this summer! We'll have to sniff you out one of these years!
