Sweets Sunday



Happy Day After Halloween to All!!!

Lots of kiddos have lots of sweets to eat. Hope all our furiends out there got some tasty treats too, but only pet appropriate ones.

Remember when we told you about Hansel's Halloween Spooktacular Contest? We had entered Sir Thunder in his Shining Armor costume. Thanks to all your wonderful comments, his photo was selected for the finals in the contest. He is entered in the BEST DOG COSTUME category.


There is another category for the BEST EXCUSE WHY YOU'RE NOT WEARING A COSTUME. Since Phantom is not a costume kind of guy, we entered this photo from the summer. Some of you may remember how he had to wear a shirt for so long after his surgery. Many of you offered him your support by donning a shirt too. Well, he thought he suffered enough with that shirt so he was NOT wearing a costume.



Now we need to ask your support again. Please go to the Halloween Spooktacular post today, and look at all the entries. You can find the entrants in the main post and the voting polls in the sidebar at the right. There are a lot of great costumes and non-costumes and a lot of our blogger furiends too. Check them all out and then cast your vote for each category. And don't miss the last category where you can vote for your favorite costume from all the entrants. If you decide to vote for us, thank you very much. If you like another one better, that's OK. It was fun being a part of the contest.

And don't forget to check out all the cute bear pics at Mack and Sally Ann's and cast your votes there too. You can vote for as many as you like. We hope you like our bear pics too. And thanks to all who have already given us a vote.

    We actually just saw the contest. We didn't dress up, we had to stay downstairs because our house gets a lot of trick-or-treaters. We think your costumes were perfect for each of you, Mom liked them too!

    I think Phantom looks great in his jersey, but I completely understand not wanting to put on some dorky costume. Of course, if it suits you, TD, then go for it.
