Sunday with Ciara and the boys

First things first - thanks to Asta's Mom for this beautiful collage of all the participants in the Max World Tour. If you look at the bottom left side, you can find Phantom and Thunder. Look carefully and we bet you will recognize a lot of your wonderful furiends.



Life with Ciara is interesting. She is a very sweet girl with a great personality. She is a real cuddler too. Phantom and Thunder are trying very hard to welcome her to the family. They do best when they are all outside. But Mother Nature has not been too cooperative in this area. We have had rain, more rain, puddles, mud, and now today we have freezing rain, sleet, slush, and ice. The switchover to snow has just begun. We are all hoping to get out there soon and see if we can all do zoomies in the snow.

A little tummy for you. Actually a very round tummy. Ciara visited the vet yesterday for the first time and she weighed in at 17.4 lbs. She got an A+ report - all is well. And no shots yet - in another three weeks as her breeder had already given her her first injections. The vet and the technician fell in love with her and Mom was worried they were going to try to keep her:)

Sleepy time. Mom keeps her leash attached while she is in the kitchen along with the boys - easier to keep track of where she is:)

And a litte video of playtime. (Yes, they were watching Grey's Anatomy.)

And next is a collection of photos of the boys outside with their new sister. Mom is super cautious with the little one. You will see her leash on her outside too so Mom can grab her quickly if the boys get too rough. Yesterday she only had one of them out with the puppy at a time and today she tried them together. They like to compete with each other when they are both out there. They are also having to learn to be more gentle with her. If you know sibes, they play very rough and they make a lot of noise when they are playing. They just need to tone it down a bit with Ciara. If we find time, we will have a video of them outside for you tomorrow. Now enjoy the photos.
