Our Laptop is Back

Well, that title is a bit misleading. There was never anything wrong with our laptop. We were just "lap-topless" because our humans left us. We spent the weekend at the spa, a.k.a. the vet's kennel. Thunder was already there because of his surgery. Ciara and Phantom camped out together on Thursday, and TD was allowed to rejoin them on Friday.

The humans flew off to Las Vegas and had a wonderful time losing money, eating delicious food, doing some CSI investigations, and enjoying both a David Copperfield performance AND The Jersey Boys. They met our human brother and sister-in-law there where they all celebrated the California couple's 12th wedding anniversary. At the end of the magic show, our human brother became part of the show and Mr. Copperfield actually made him disappear!!! TD is wondering how that works - he would like to send Ciara to become part of that show:)

Here she is, once again keeping watch over her big brother.

Heck, I am not keeping watch over him. I am trying to get him to play.

May as well rest here for a bit. Eyes getting heavy.

A quick update on TD's report. All is well. The pathology lab report confirmed that the collie-flower was NOT a wart and stated that it was a sebaceous nodular hyperplasia with polyp formation. It was benign (YAY) and was completely excised(YAY YAY). It is evidently a common, focal or multicentric, non neoplastic lesion most often found on older dogs. (TD will be five in April, though not exactly an older dog.) There should be no further concern for it. Now that we know exactly what it was, here is a better photo that Mom found online. This is exactly what TD's collie-flower looked like.

Needless to say, we are all very relieved for the good report.

And now today we are very excited because we have a blizzard on the way tomorrow. We are excited for the snow although we know that this storm is being forecast as a very dangerous storm for a good part of the country. We hope that we can get some good snow with no serious problems for us or for anyone across the country. In anticipation of the fun to come, here is how we are spending our time tonight.
