Pigs and chickens and ducks and corn!!! What's it all about?

Well, we are very late in giving thanks to some very nice furiends who have gifted us with some wonderful things.

First up, our friends Mochi and Bali surprised us with some very tasty goodies to tempt Phantom to eat.



Chicken Furikake and Chicken Jerky - 100% chicken breast with no preservatives and no salt or sugar added. The furikake is like pulverized chicken breast powder that we sprinkle on Phantom's kibble. It does help encourage him to eat on some of his better days. We all love the chicken jerky even if the Momster is pretty stingy on the size of our portions. Thank you, Mochi, Bali, and Mom Sherri. That was such a kind and thoughtful thing for you to do for us.



Our next round of thanks goes to The Slimmer Pugs who sponsored a random drawing for a pink piggy and a blue piggy. Thunder was the lucky winner of Mr. Blue.

And last, but definitely not least, the wonderful White Dog Army had a trivia contest. The Momster was the lucky winner of a fantastic package. Look at what came in the mail:


TWENTY - yes, 10 + 10 - packets of movie time popcorn to go along with the DVD of Eight Below - a super movie about some beautiful dogs that look a lot like us:) AND a huge bag of duck jerky that is great for dogs with allergic or sensitive digestions - sounds perfect for us. It smells so good that the Momster says she just might have to try it herself.

When Mom wrote to the White Dog Army's human to tell her that we would rather she use the money she was going to spend on our present to send to help those suffering in Japan, she wrote back and said it was too late, the package was already on its way. But in the spirit of love and generosity that is inherent to the WDA's family, they ALSO sent a donation in our name to one of the organization's helping the Japanese. How awesome is that!!!

Picky Boy Phantom took a quick lick - look at his googly eyes - he can't wait to taste it!

He is SO spoiled - he got a taste of both the chicken jerky AND the duck jerky.

You can see for yourselves how much he loved it.



Of course, he is a very sharing brother.
