Sunday Snuggles







We have a very wet day here so Ciara and Lightning figured this would be a good way to pass the time.


But have no fear, Lightning will recharge very quickly.




Surely you didn't think I would sleep the day away.




Nothing like a good toy to chew on, especially since all those big boy teeth are coming in now.





Or I can have some fun with my ball. Do you know where this ball came from? It was trying to hide from me inside one of those things Mom calls a wubba. I think the ball likes it better being free from that hiding spot. So I helped it get out.

What was that you said? You think my legs look a bit on the large size?




Mom says I am at that gangly stage where my legs have outgrown my body. Hmmmm, maybe she needs to feed me more so the rest of me can catch up.




Wishing you all a happy and restful Sunday. Thanks again for all the good thoughts for our human sister's friends. The latest information we have today is that there will be several surgeries performed today on 3 or 4 of the family members. Paws crossed for good results.

    OH Thunder, don't grow up so fast! We all want our puppies to stay puppies for as long as possible, but you all insist on racing to adulthood.

    Lightning, I think my mom needed a dose of your cuteness today! It definitely looks to me like you need a bit more food. Yes, definitely! Perhaps jerky would really stick to your ribs and help you grow!

    Oh yes, I remember when Shiver was a puppy and everyone said he'd sleep the days away. Yeah, um NO!!! I don't think he slept much at all. He was too busy chewing on everything he could get those chompers on!

    You dissected a Wubba? Way to go! Good practice fur when you get your teefs on a remote. They is all kinds of fun to take apawt, I tell you. No ball inside but lots of udder kewl stuff. Feels grate on the new teefs, too. Oh, I has to go, mom is coming...
