Woo Hoo, open those baby blues - you don't want to sleep this day away.




"Me? Sleep the day away? I will if I want."




"Give me another five minutes. Hit that snooze button."




"OK, you win, but it better be for something good."





"Really? How can that be? Thirteen??? Me??? Wow, even I am amazed. Happy Birthday to me."




"Since the Momster is still working on recovery, I think I will be happy to spend the day with my pack. Ciara is great company as we enjoy a sunpuddle together."




"Thunder and I can survey the kingdom from atop the deck. He is a great brother and always has my back."




"And yes indeed, even the little (?) guy Lightning can share some time with me."





"So that's what you woke me up for? Today is my birthday. Today I am 13 years young. I trust there will be something tasty in my bowl tonight? How about a nice steak and maybe a side of pasta with a tiny touch of sauce? That would make my day."



So there you have it, not exactly the super party we were planning, but Mr. Phantom will be quite content with some happy wishes for him today.

Pee Ess: Momster update. We are happy to report that things are much improved. The pain has subsided substantially and the nerve issue is calming down. It is probably due to a combination of the healing process and the physical therapy. She still has a long road ahead, but at least there is improvement. We all want to thank you for your warm thoughts for her and for the many beautiful cards she has received. It is still a challenge and very time-consuming to type with one hand. So for now our blog activity will continue to be curtailed a great deal. We thank you for understanding.
