SadieDay - here we come



We know it is going to be another scorcher of a day here.




But Mom, don't forget it is SadieDay and we need to get out later for our Sadie Stroll.  We even got our leash basket all set for you.

Sadie is our good friend from Oregon at The Beaded Tail blog who sadly crossed the Rainbow Bridge just recently. Saturday was her special day with Mom for a stroll. We are trying to keep SadieDay going.  It shouldn't be hard since we LOVE to go for a stroll with Mom too.

    Hi, Happy Sadieday! I love calling it this-because the heart dog we had was a Sadie. I've just read about Sadie,what a sweetheart she was. I also found out you're in Kansas-hey neighbors. Hunter took hubby and me on a stroll today but it got so hot and he got so tired, we had to carry him back. Hope you had a wonderful stroll. It is so humid here today(Of course not like the south)so we are now staying inside.

    Have a great Sadieday walkie! Stay in the shade as much as you can! Then go back home and hog the good 'air vent'!

    Can you believe the summer we've been having? We live just 3 hours or so South of y'alls and its been too darn hot for us'uns flat-faced short-to-the-ground puggers to even walk in the early and late hours. Just too darn hot!!

    Most of us know who have had four paws pounding the space where they live that that rainbow bridge can be a real pain in the neck.. So Sorry for Sadie's family.. Here we know how they must feel.. there are never words that can describe it... We all try hard but can never really say what we mean...

    We are soooooooooooo glad you did Sadie day yesterday. We enjoyed walking with all of you and remembering Sadie. It was one of our favorite days and you made it good again. Have a great Sunday.
