Today we are joining with many of you in support of Livestrong Day. Many thanks to Ann of Zoolatry for the beautiful graphics. Even through all the sadness in her life due to the evil C, she still finds time to help others.
We don't think there is anyone who hasn't been impacted in one way or another by cancer, whether it be yourself, a family member, a close friend, a beloved pet, a coworker, a neighbor. The evil C is everywhere. But great strides are being made every day to find a cure. Some forms of cancer are treatable and even curable. But more is needed. We all hope and pray for that day when the world will be cancer-free.
One of us has had a couple of bouts of cancer. And this one is a fighter and is very grateful for all the support that this Livestrong Day provides. Please join with him in the crossing of the paws. We all know the Power of the Paw.
Yes, that would be me, Phantom. I have had three malignant masses removed over the past couple of years. I am still one lumpy bumpy boy. But as Mom says, I am a fighter. I have good days and not so good days. And I am very grateful to all of you who express your care and concern for me. I will be 14 in just 49 days, and I will continue to be strong as long as I can.
And I am very lucky to have my pack here with me.

Phantom, I had no idea. I knew you had been sick but never knew why. I am very inspired by your strength and courage. I am sure your amazing Pack has helped you during your battle with cancer, especially with all the love and support they and your humans surround you with.
