Help, I can't bear to look! |
Don't get smug, Big Guy - your turn is coming too. |
Are you done yet? I really didn't have much to give up today. |
Here, birdies - you might want this for your nests. |
Hey Mom, will the recyclers let you bag leaves with furs??? |
I finally escaped that crazy rake. I thought rakes were for leaves, not furs. |
These leaves make a comfy bed for a sun pose. |
We are staying right here at the top of the stairs so SHE can't put that brush to us. |
Whose snooter is that? |
We bet you guessed right - Phantom! |
You can take my pic, Mom, but don't come near me with that eye ointment. |
OK, Mom. Can you please split Phantom's treat into threes? He doesn't want anything today.
Woos - Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning
Our boys hate raking day too!
ReplyDeleteSam
I'm lucky I have such short furs, I almost never need brushed!
ReplyDeleteNola
Riley gets FURminated from time to time...I'm always amazed at how much fur comes off of her! It's like a whole nother puppy!
ReplyDeleteWe hope Phantom is feeling good today!!
Elyse and Riley
Phantom I hope you are doing OK buddy. I am lucky to have the short furs no raking for me. But it is nice you will help keep some birdies warm. Very kind and selfless of you.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Goose
McIver stayed with me the last couple of days and I brought out the rake. He LOVES it. He really enjoys having his back "scratched"! Our birdies will have black hair in their nest this year!
ReplyDeleteMamma heartbeat
Holy Gwalk a MOLEY.... it looks like it SNOWED at your place. Now HOW are you supposed to keep WARM if she steals all your furs???
ReplyDeleteWOW! Look at this... fur SOME REASON I am able to comment today!!! Hope it continues!
Well, I finally convinced Mrs. Master to get one of those robot vacuums so she doesn't attack me anymore with the rake. I hate that thing more than anything!
ReplyDeleteWell, not more than a bath.
Nora
Bridge and Dip love the rake but Elliot looks at you as if he is being murdered!
ReplyDeleteThat must have been a big treat to split into 4.
Dip Bridge and Elliot x
BOL Woos we hate the ferminator. A few stokes and we leg it. Phantom you stay out of the way. Just love your pix and miss you when you are not around. That is some fluff there pals. Have a wonderful Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
How old is Phantom now? You know what? I have no idea how each of your pack came to live with you. Do you have their stories in an older post?
ReplyDeleteOh, I feels your pain guys!! I gots my furs clipped today, and she's not even DONE yet!! She said that she still needs to clip my leggies and face! Oh, does the torture EVER stop???? Ugggg.
ReplyDeleteOh, Phantom, I hopes you feel like havin' a treatie laters.
Kisses,
Ruby
Aww you do look good after your grooming though.. The birds will enjoy.. Hope Phantom wanted a treat later.. Hugs GJ xx
ReplyDeleteOh! I just had a thought! We should combine your beautiful white fur with our brown fur and make mittens!
ReplyDeleteSending Phantom hugs and kisses:)
Don't you need ALL your fur for the upcoming winter?
ReplyDeleteXXXOOO Daisy, Bella & Roxy
Our moms must be on the same wavelength because Mom just told Dad last night that I needed a good blow out. Ack!
ReplyDeleteKat
We love getting brushed, butt we don't like that Phantom doesn't feel like eating today. I know! I'll eat for him!!!
ReplyDelete-Ruby
My Mom says I shed all year long and never run out of furs. She sees furs everywhere I walk, but when she goes to brush out more, none comes. Its a puzzlement is what it is.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the treat scam you guys, you will be lucky to get a little piece maybe, or maybe Phantom will decide he wants the whole thing and you characters are out of luck . . .ha, ha
Your pal,
Stella
Dear sweet Phantom - you simply MUST eat your treats - lots of them - you need a bit more weight. It just fair getting older :( :(
ReplyDeleteOH MY WOOS with all the furs flying I halfway expected another Woo to appear. Tell mom to save your furs then find someone to spin it into yarn. MOL/BOL Now that I'm Mayor I'm practicing my BOL
ReplyDeleteHugs Madi
We thinks Phantom's treats should be saved for when Phantom does want them.
ReplyDeleteWe agree about being brushed. Why do the humans keep trying to steal our furs?
OMD! I thought those was stuffie guts but it be woo fur guts! Yikes!
ReplyDeleteThe birdies are going to be singing you praise for lining their nests with such nice warm fluff!
ReplyDeleteLove ya lots,
Mitch and Molly
But you all look so lovely after the raking!! Hope you got some good treats afterward!
ReplyDeleteOur sisfur Sadie hated being raked too so Mommy was lucky to get it through her two or three times before she had enough. You all look so beawootiful though! Phantom, we hope you get to feeling better!
ReplyDeleteYou should save all those furs and stuff 'em into a pillow. That would make a really nice bed.
ReplyDeleteOh you guys are funny today, just like Mom's every where got to spoil a good day!
ReplyDeleteYour Furiends
Susie & Bites
There are times, when sleeping dogs are best left to sleep x x x
ReplyDeleteSo far Millie still has her puppy coat so there is no shedding yet!
ReplyDeleteCindy
I see that the older and wiser dogs kept their distance from the "rake"! I always love seeing Phantom, and I adored seeing him lying in the sun.
ReplyDeleteLabs don't shed quite so much, thank goodness!
All that beautiful floofy, I bet it will make a soft bed for somebody. Mommy had a friend with a beautiful Sibe and she remembers the comb outs and all the floof in the breeze. I hope Phantom is feeling better with his booboo eye.
ReplyDeleteLoveys Sasha
p.s. that last picture made Mommy smile so big and out loud!
I bet some birds are going to be enjoying very cushy fur nests this winter!
ReplyDeleteBunny
You woofies sure look handsum after that brushing! How sweet of you to let the birdies use your beautiful furs for nests. XOXO
ReplyDeleteI hate being raked..You Mommy could make youz jumpers outta of all that fluff..BOL got some-ink for you xx00xx
ReplyDeleteMollie and Alfie
Hey Phantom, everyone at the Poupounette is sending you good vibes.
ReplyDeleteFurminating day, was it? Guess what? #1 just nought an Equine Furminator for next spring!
Woogfs, Purrs, Neighs and Hugs
Us
We got raked...furminated...then plucked...then clipped on our underbellies...so we understand! But you four look fabulous!
ReplyDeleteWirey love,
Jake and Just Harry
Oh dear, I know how you guys feel. I have that raking everyday!!!
ReplyDeleteOh noes, did you get attacked by the furminator? The best part about having lovely short boxer furs is that I don't have to get brushed that much!
ReplyDeleteYou three are conniving doggies, trying to leave Phantom out of the snacks. Love all the pictures, especially Phantom's snoot. Poor Ciara, getting all brushed but you do look pretty now. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteOh, no!! They took your furs!! Our little Alpha is crazy - she tries to eat her fur after we brush it off.
ReplyDeleteThose leaves are pretty comfy! Glad you are all enjoying fall :)
At least you have hair to pull out. You should see when she brings the rake out for us
ReplyDeleteBenny & Lily
That is so nice of you to share your fur with the birdies....they really appreciate it! Great shots, my friends!
ReplyDeleteOh noes! Quick get the superglue and stick it back on BOL
ReplyDeleteAre you guys trying to make your own snows?!?! LOL
ReplyDeleteOur Mom has been threatening to get the clippers out. It's a good thing she's easily distracted.
ReplyDeleteMorgan, Sebastian and the Porties
Noooooo! Not your bootiful floofs!!
ReplyDeleteWhy does Phantom have the pouty face?
ReplyDeleteDestuffing sure is tiring. Our birds are fond of floof as well. I imagine it makes for a very cozy nest.
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Dexter
Oh my fur!!! It happened to me too...! ;-(
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Maxx
Our pups think its a holiday when the stuffies come out
ReplyDeleteStop on by for a visit
