Spectacular Snow

Wow, two BIG snowstorms in less than a week - how lucky could we sibes get!!!  Last week we had 13.5 inches of beautiful white stuff - cotton candy to us!!!  Then overnight we got hit again.  They are saying about 8-9 inches but it is very heavy and got very compacted as it fell, so it doesn't look like as much.  There are lots of trees down and power outages in our area. So far we have been fine although a few of our neighbors' trees have broken branches.  AND we might get another couple of inches tonight.  We are totally in dog heaven.  Ciara is the pack snow bunny with a close second from Lightning. The two of them have been outside just about all day with a couple of 15 minute breaks when the Momster makes them come inside.  Thunder likes the snow too, but he comes inside more frequently.  And Phantom, well, he really does like the snow, but his body isn't tolerating it very well, so he only gets/wants to go out when necessary.

Heavy on snow, and heavy on photos.  We will keep our words to a minimum and let you enjoy our fun along with us.

 I am very glad the Momster cleared a path across the deck for me.

Are you sure I have to go down the steps - can't I just use the deck?

Mom had to keep clearing the path or else she wouldn't have been able to open the door to let us out.  This was no mean feat given that she is once again nursing an injury to her left paw.

We think some bunny came through here last night. 

No, I am not in jail.  I am just hiding behind the last piece of that silly fence Mom put up.  She wants me to come in, but I am very happy right here.
