Here I am!!!

Many of you guessed correctly.  I was indeed at the doggy spa.  It's that time when our coats need a little extra help blowing out all the winter furs.

All my brothers are thinking I look pretty good.  I must admit that it did feel wonderful to get my furs washed and dried along with the delightful massages.  I think I smell good too, not that I don't always have lovely perfumed furs.  Don't all princesses always look their best?

Now I know that Thunder told you a few weeks ago about the wonderful day he had at the doggy spa.  I was just about to agree with him when early afternoon arrived.  The nice man attendant came into the spa to leash me up for Mom.  I thought it was time to go home, but the first thing I knew I found myself in a little room with Mom.

This place seemed vaguely familiar to me.

Oh, now I remember.  This is where I get to see the nice V.E.T. man.

Oh yes, he IS nice, but sometimes he pokes me with those sharp things.

Mom said I just had to relax, that it is time for my annual exam, and that it is all for the best.  I do trust my Mom, so I decided to just lie down and wait.

 Here I am in Mom's vehicle - you see THIS TIME she remembered to put down a quilt so there would be no repeat of her trip with Phantom:)  But you know I would NEVER do that.  My exam went very well, I got my shots, and that nose sniffy spray that I don't like at all.  I am very happy to be on my way home - but do my ears tell you that I won't be happy until I get there?

 Can you tell how happy I am now?

 I have my paws crossed a lot lately - just so many reasons for that.  Today we are truly focused on the events going on in Boston.  We hope this terrible situation comes to a satisfactory conclusion soon.

 And lastly, I have one more thing to say.  First it was Phantom's turn at the spa. Then Thunder had his day.  Now I have had mine.  Hmmmmmm, wonder who's next???

 Say what??????  If you think for one moment, I am going to have a spa day . . . .   That is something I am going to have to think about for a very long time.
