Monday Mischief

Hmmm, looks like the Momster has been up to some mischief of her own.

She put up another kind of no-sibe fence.

Help me out here, friends.  Do I look like I would harm that pretty planter?

SHE even put her Garden Guardians on duty!!!

Thunder here.  Yes, there was a time when I would have taken a bite or two out of those flowers, and maybe even a bit of dirt. But Mom says I am a mature boy and don't do things like that any more.

Ciara chimes in - I sure hope you readers aren't buying that line from TD.

What's that you say?  It's about time for me to be called "mature"? too?  I will have to think about that one:)

Lightning gets the last word - I think this whole thing with the fence and the pot is just hilarious!!!

Wait, Phantom has something to add - No worries, folks, I am SURE we have not heard the end of this tale.

Woos - Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning

Pee Ess - hard for us to believe it, but we just realized this is our 1,000th post!

  1. I think no-sibe fences are a grievous INSULT. You should all protest until they're removed!

Happy 1000th, you guys!! That's a huuuuuuge milestone!!

  7. I would NOT let my mama get in mischief of that sort! Even if I would probably be the first one to kill flowers.

  8. Will that "fence" really hold back the desire to nibble on some tasty flowers? I have my doubts. I believe Phantom is right.

  14. I am thinking you could just knock that fence over if you all worked together.

  18. Happy 1000th post. I bet that fence doesn't last to long.

  19. The gaps in that fence look plenty big enough to get a paw through. It will be interesting to see if it actually keeps the mischief away.

  22. Congrats on 1000!! BOW WOW!

Once, our mom built us our own sand box, so we would have OUR very own place to dig and go crazy. It was GREAT, but we didn't stop digging and going crazy in all the wrong places as well. We trained our mom to just plant more stuff!

  24. That is a very good idea! I'm thinking of trying to build one of those flower towers this year and if I do that it will for sure need to be protected from curious dogs!

    Congratulations on your 1,000th post!!

  30. I bet she put it up b/c of the bunnies. Mrs. Master is red hot this morning b/c the bunnies came in and ate the blooms off our blueberry plants sometime yesterday.

I can't believe they came through without me noticing!

  31. Wow, 1,000 posts!! I'm only on like 600 and something.

Funny story about "mature" dogs...we planted a 4 foot by 8 foot raised garden in our backyard and the other day, while my sister was watering it, 15 year-old Chloe jumped right in it and started sniffing around. My sister tried spraying her with the water hose to get her out, but she just kept walking around in it! Finally, my mom had to drag her out of it...so we have to put up some fencing too.

Riley hasn't gotten in the garden (yet), but she has gotten herself a big mouthful of dirt out of it!

Maybe the Momster can give Riley's Grandpa some pointers on creating a "No Sibe Zone" here (even though we don't have Sibes!).

  36. Oh mom, we promise we will behave ourselves!

Don't you think the yard and the flowers will look nicer if those fences are gone? Just saying.
