Check out all the great "T's" of the day!!!
Now why don't WE get to do this?
Tire swing fun Time!
Mom's Terrible Transgression
Meet Huckleberry Finn, a.k.a. Huck. Mom was cheating on us with this little guy. He is only 9 weeks old and belongs to one of Mom's former students. That is NOT Mom's foot. We think Huck is a great combination of Benny and Lily, with his black face markings and white furs (no spots like Lily, YET). And we think Mom should have let us meet him too.
Lightning's Terrific discovery!!!
As you can see, Lightning is once again in the no-sibe zone while Ciara and Thunder remain outside. Thunder has his head stuck through the top of the no-sibe fence which is the main reason we NEVER wear collars outside. They get hooked on the dumb fence and then we might choke.
Tummy Time with Thunder
And last but definitely not least, in fact, the most important T of this post:
Tasty Treat Time
Waiting for some of that sea jerky, Mom.
Wait, Mom. We are not done yet. See, we are waiting for second dibs.
Woos - Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning
Note from the Momster: I removed Mr. Turtle from the yard two times and both times he made his way back inside the dogs' area, even though he was placed a good 100 feet from the backyard. Third time was a charm - I had to take him down to the creek where I am sure he is a lot happier than being poked and prodded by curious Lightning.

We thought you were going to find a snake! Sounds like Mr Turtle had lost his bearings and forgot where the creek is - bet he is glad to be home again.
ReplyDeleteEveryone looks like they are having a great day. As soon as we saw that pup we thought of Lily.
Dip Bridge and Elliot x
It must be turtle week or something - I had to stop twice today and wait for turtles to finish crossing the road - one I actually picked up and moved - the other one was a 1 foot long snapping turtle - I just waited for him :)

ReplyDeleteBenny & Lily
Poor Poor Lightning...Just working so hard and alerting your mom to that dangerous creature...of course, he HAD to jump that fence! What if the turtle had gotten your mom and he hadn't warned her?
ReplyDeleteHopefully she sees what a benefit he was to her.
Nora
That was a fun filled day for everyone!

ReplyDeleteNow exciting to have a turtle in your yard. I hope he stays by the creek from now on. Mom wants to snorgle Thunder's tummy.

ReplyDeleteMollie and Alfie
That was really a T-hursday! Was it an dinosaur egg what you found? Or a cannonball?
ReplyDeleteLightening we thinks the turtle wanted to be friends with you.
ReplyDeleteThunder love that tummy.
Ciara and Phantom we hope you got lots of treats.
What a Terrific day you guys had!
ReplyDeleteIs that a turtle? It has a better look than the slimey snails in my yard. I love your Tasty Treat Time; who aint love treats? right?
How funny that the turtle kept coming back! I read somewhere that if you pick a turtle up, you should always put it down in the direction it was going because it was probably looking for water.
ReplyDeleteAmazing how stubborn those turtles are. Ours comes by every year even though we always are waiting to greet him.
ReplyDeleteMorgan, Sebastian, the Porties, Syd and Mac
I guess the turtle really wanted to be friends with Lightning
