Words are especially hard for us to find when it comes to Benny's crossing. He fought the good fight, he fought like a Frenchie, he was just so very strong. He fell ill at the same time as our Thunder, both falling ill so suddenly and so young, both such sweet boys, and now both together forever free of pain and sickness along with so many of all of our furry loved ones.
Our hearts go out to Lily and her Mom and all of her family. We have no words, just lots of hugs and tears. Please send some tender thoughts to them - we know how much they need them now.

Oh how we loved Benny. He was a super hero that fought so so hard and still made us laugh at the same time. I will miss him very much and just want to cuddle with Lily and hug his mom.

We are heartbroken here as well....Benny was an inspiration to humans and animals who fight to stay together through the best and worst of times. We didn't know Benny long - just a matter of months - but we felt like we lost a family member....he was everybody's little champion and now he's everybody's little angel.
