Thankful Thursday



Ciara on duty today - I have so many reasons to be thankful.  Let me share a few.

Look, I got my spot under the table back, although I don't mind sharing with Phantom and Lightning.  And I am thankful that Mom still hasn't tossed this elephant who is missing many body parts and has no stuffing - but I still love him.  Do you know why I love him so much?  Bet some of you guessed right - it was one of Thunder's favorite toys too.

And I have one more very good reason to be thankful - I don't want to jinx myself so I will just say that the you-know-what evil monster hasn't been back to visit again.  Now THAT is very good reason to give thanks.


Wow - that was hard work - I think I may take a little snooze while the hideaway is still available.

    WE are very much thankful that you have not had any new Visits from the EVIL one...

    AND we think that the sharing of that super "SPOT" is very nice... they teach that SHARING stuffs on Sesame Street you know, so it MUST be a good thingy.

    We didn't think Phantom would get that prize position for very long. Your 'elephant' sounds like the perfect toy.

    Lots to be thankful for, for sure! Sissy kept Mugsy's old crate pad until it disintegrated, and we still have some of his tennis balls.

    Thanks for the update Ciara! It is the old treasured toys that need to be held on to...ask mom to read The Velveteen Rabbit to You. And it is wonderful that you hold dear one of Thunder's favorite's...he will always be part of your lives. Mostly, dear girl, we are howling happy to hear the good news about your health...we continue to send positive energy to keep the monster at bay.

    Thanks for the update Ciara, you are looking beautiful, I'm glad you have got your favorite spot back, but it is always nice to share it! Your elephant toy looks very well loved, I'm glad that you get to keep it to play with and nibble on especially as it was Thunder Dunders favorite toy too, does it still smell of him?? I'm sure it keeps him in your heart!
