Monday - Day 2 in OP

We are all having a lot of fun and craziness as we adjust to life with our new boy.  He is still waiting for agreement on a name from Mom and Dad, but Dad has promised Mr. NoNameYet will have a name by the end of the day. 

So how did this all happen?

Well, it all started with a very nice family we met almost a year ago right after we lost our dear sweet Ciara.  They shared a beautiful puppy with us at a time when our hearts were broken and much in need of lots of smiles - that would be our Misty.  She has been a great pup, full of fun AND mischief, and with a sweet and loving personality.

We wish we could have captured a photo of the moment when Misty saw her first little human sister, Ms. A, come through the gate into our yard in OP. Our parents and her family would all tell you that the joy and happiness that Misty showed was amazing.  She immediately recognized Ms. A and showered her with kisses and lots of tail wagging.  Ms. A. gave Misty her first name, Princess Puff, and yes, she is our little princess.

Imagine Misty's surprise and delight when Ms. A. showed her the new toy she had brought for Misty.   Ms. A's Mom had shared some exciting news with us right around the time of Misty's first birthday.

This is one of Misty's more subdued moments - she was just bursting with excitement and energy when this ball of fur came into the yard.  Mr. NoNameYet did come with a name - Buckethead - because his human Grandma thought he looked like he had a bucket on his head when he was first born.  Just as Misty will always carry her Princess Puff designation with her, Mr. NoNameYet will wear his Buckethead with pride:)

What bucket?  I don't see a bucket, but I do love to dig in my water bowl, so maybe a bucket would be fun too.  Misty and Lightning tell me I have to say something about ME.  Let's see.  I am 14 weeks old; I was born on June 5, 2017 along with another brother and two sisters - Fatball, Cruella Deville, and Cushion.  Little Ms. A is quite creative at finding names:)  But here is the best part of my story.  My mother and father, Shacree's Sweet Pink Dreams and Shacree's Touch of Frost, are also Misty's Mom and Dad.  So doesn't that make her my real sister???  Mom says that sounds a little strange, but at the very least we are blood siblings.

I would have been here a few weeks ago, but Mom and Dad had a trip out of town planned.  I am too young to be boarded yet, so we had to wait a few weeks for the big trip to OP.

Now I think I understand what it means to be in The OP Pack.

BIG Lightning seems like a really cool bro. And Misty is so enamored with me that she doesn't want me to have a second of peace - sheesh, I am going to have to set that girl right.  A guy needs some down time:)

OK, Mom says there is something not quite right about this photo:)  Do we need to put another of our crates together again?
