Mom was quite perplexed earlier this week when she got a notification that she had a package coming on Thursday from FTD.com. She hadn't ordered anything, her birthday is over a month away, and Dad said he had nothing to do with it either. So who could it be that would be so kind as to send Mom a package?
Once the box arrived and Mom opened it, she said she should have realized that our favorite pet supply company, Chewy.com, had sent a special surprise just for her. That's just the sort of thing they do, and they do it very well.
Chewy.com is a company who truly does everything RIGHT!!! They should be a model for all companies. They have a wonderful selection of everything you could possibly need for your pet from food, treats, toys, beds, crates, collars, leashes, harnesses, home decor, and now even medicine - ane even more!!! Their prices are even better than competitive. The best part is their service - speedy, courteous, and done with perfection. When there is that very rare occasion where a problem arises, it is resolved with great speed and total understanding and customer satisfaction. We can't say enough good things about Chewy.com and its entire staff. We especially commend Natalie and Kristin, our Chewy Influencer specialists, who are just so easy to work with. Mom says she would be proud to work for Chewy.com anyday!!! And yes, we do think of you as our Chewy family.

We don't think there is anything in that box that we can have, but we do know that there are two packages on the counter from Chewy.com just waiting for our review. Stay tuned. Meanwhile the snow has begun - here's hoping we get enough to accumulate for us Snow Dogs to have some outside fun.

What a kind and thoughtful gift! It really is how a business should be run. The place where we buy dog food is now giving food to the pets whose owners are furloughed. Another way to run a business!!

ReplyDeleteWe had the same surprise land on our doorstop. Our mom says it will take a long time to go through all those treats for her since we don't have any grands to share it with. She even likes the box and will probably use it in her craft room to store something.
