SURPRISE!!! It's Us with an Ussie!!!

 We know - it's been a long time, too long if you ask us.

So we finally got the secretary to let us share a Sunday Ussie.  It's such a pretty day and the grass is so lush and green, why not?

Misty is on month 4 of medications, and unfortunately we don't have any good things to report.  The blood still appears daily in her "output".  Vet says we have to be patient; it takes time.  But Mom is starting to be very discouraged.  And then there is the old man Lightning.  He has a birthday this week.  We will see if we can prod the "chronicler" a bit more and get some birthday wishes up for him.  Poor guy is showing significant signs of laryngeal paralysis, one more thing to deal with:(

Happy end of April and all good things to come in May.  Thanks to all who have been asking about us - so much appreciated.

    Thank you for sharing your very fine Ussie. We are so sorry to hear about Misty's ongoing problems, and can understand that after 4 months of medication, you might be hoping to see some benefit.

    We're so happy to see all of you! Our paws are crossed that the meds keep helping Misty to feel better and hope her "business" improves. Sorry to hear Lightning isn't feeling well either, but we are glad to hear Timber is doing well. Despite all your problems you all look great.

    We've really missed you, and we almost missed your ussie!

    That's too bad about Misty stools but we thought we would let you know that Tama has had a similar problem for... ten years or so? Discussed it with our vet a number of times and she says that's just the way it is for her. Crossing all paws for her and sweet Lightning too. We still remember him as being a puppy!
