Wacky Wordy Wednesday

What the . . .???  We have this super comfy nest bed that we all take turns using. But it does need to be washed now and then.  When we came in from some time out in the yard this morning, we were quite confused.  Things weren't quite the same.

What's going on here?

Something isn't quite right here, Mom.

Oh well, I am sleepy enought to give this a try.  But it sure isn't very comfy without the pillow inserts.

Misty, we need to get that pillow insert back inside the cover Lightning is sleeping on.  Can you get up for Mom?

Not right now, please, this sunpuddle feels really nice to me.

A little later. . .

Hmmm, it looks like it is back in one piece now, but does it look a bit lumpy to you?

No worries, Mom.  I will get right to work on making it perfect.

And where is Timber???

He is just fine as he enjoys his morning snooze on one of the kurando beds.

Woos - Lightning, Misty, and Timber

  1. Hi hi hi Woo friends! Ojo here! My Beds get washed sometimes too. I do not like it. Not only are they lumpy and in pieces, but then they smell weird! I hope you got your Bed back to normal quickly! Happy napping!

  2. It's good to have a nice soft bed to sleep on. It does need laundered from time to time too. The price you pay.

Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Scritches to the pups and a hug to mom. ♥

  3. You all are too funny with that bed. Your mom wasn't fast enough to get it all put back together before you came in from outside. We're glad to see it was back to normal finally.

  5. Well I'm so glad to see all is back in place now. I hate to think of my husky pals without their comfy cushions. (Gail says surely you guys should be outside sleeping in the snow, but that's not right, is it?)
    Toodle-oo!

    1. Sadly, Nobby, our snow is all gone since the temp is over 60 degrees F here today.

  6. A bed by any other name just isn't the same. And OMD don't everever put it in a different place, that is forbidden. Last word of warning: don't let cat smells get on it (oops, that means that June can't come visit ...)

  12. Like when our parents leave, when our beds are being washed, we never know if it is coming back.

  14. 1 bed, 3 pieces, 3 dogs. at first I thought the bumper was for one to sleep on the floor and use it for surrounding warmth. it all made sense when it was back together. everyone is seek those sunbeams. Beau is loving the cold days we are having right now with lots of sunshine, he is laying in the pineneedles in sund puddles. cool and warm at the same time and pine needles must be comfy like your bed is

  15. Lulu: "My bed tends to be a little lumpy too right after it gets washed, but after I use it for a while it kind of smooths out again. Dada says the wrinkles in his shirts work themselves out the same way when he wears them, but Mama disagrees."

  16. That human obsession with washing things just when we have them properly scented can be quite inconvenient!

  18. We hate it when the people feel the need to wash the beds. Sigh! We are glad to see things got back to normal. You have many nice beds. Lee and Phod who only have 4 nice beds and some blankets.

I think if you have sweet dreams and sleep comfortably not washing is needed.
But I know every so often we Mom's like for things to smell yummy so a good washing is necessary

I imagine bed-cleaning day is a little confusing - all those comfy spots being cleaned up for you but you can get them "scent-right" again in no time!!!! Big Hugs to all the Woos from me AND Teddy!

  21. How is it I'm not getting notices for your posts?!?!?! Shoot, so sorry...I'll go back to see what I've missed. Just got one of those beds for Wilson, the new 'Pony' and it's been a hit. I think it's helping him calm down as he settles into city lifew after leaving the farm.
