Mom has never seen me do this before.
But with all the sadness and loss in central Texas, I thought it would be a good time to cross my paws for all those poor families suffering so badly. Please join me in sending lots of POTP to them.
This "paw" doesn't look much like a fish to me, but the grandtwin Jack managed to step on it while swimming at the lake. He had to go to urgent care to have the doctor carefully remove it. All is fine now other than a very sore toe.

Poor Jack. That must really hurt! I have never crossed my paws either, Timber, but mom and I have been sending lots of love and prayers to the families in Texas that are suffering so many losses♥

That is crazy what happened in Texas. You can't plan for something like that as it was too far off anyone's radar. So very sad.

ReplyDeleteThe flooding in Central Texas hits close to home for Mama as our Grandpa lives in the Hill Country. Luckily his street only has a little flooding. We can't imagine what things were like in Kerrville.

Oh GEE WHIZ! How awful. Really!!! So glad he was able to get to Urgent Care and get that thing out of his foot! And by the way, you are stunningly gorgeous. I know, I keep saying it.

ReplyDeleteOUCH X 100 Poor Jack....I can sympathize....those barred hooks don't pull out. Mom might remember my blog post about sticking a doily crochet hook into my thumb. I had to have it cut out too. I had to also get a tetanus shot,

Yes, our broken hearts and bleeding souls are with those in Central Texas.... Children who lost their lives, kids who will need therapy for possibly forever, families who lost their children.... People still hoping beyond hope that the search and rescue crew will find their children.... Alive.... :-(

Yes, what happened in Texas is so sad, we can't even imagine how hard it must be. And that injury looks very painful, glad it could be resolved quickly.
