Still on patrol for the Snow Thief.
Not quite as fluffy any more, but no grass in sight yet.
Do I want to come inside? Heck no, this feels great!
Contemplating what to do next.
Maybe I will take you up on that offer now, Mom.
Too bad we don't have one of those handicap assistance buttons
to get this door open.
to get this door open.
The snow is safe for now. Time to hunker down for a snooze.
(A rare moment of us together on the same sofa.)

Hugz&Khysses,
Khyra
First! (We think unless Khyra comments while we are typing.)
ReplyDeleteI am so glad your snow is still safe. We don't even have any in the forecast, just more rain, which is making our yard a swamp and Mom and Dad very sad about the money they spent on grass.
Luv,
Kat
UGH! She did it!
ReplyDeleteGlad you can still enjoy your snow. Like youth, snow is fleeting.
ReplyDeletegussie

our snow is going fast now, we had freezing rain today, but it is all melting.
ReplyDeleteMy J says thank goodness we have had ten inches of the snow for the past month, and it is beyond a joke!
All our roads now it is thawing are rising up with frost and snow damage, so when we go out in the car it is a bumpy ride!
You look lovely in the pics though!
sorry I am late in commenting, so many blogs, nowadays! And we try valiantly to comment on them all!

Glad to see you are protecting your snow! When I lived in Chicago, I wanted the snow to stay all winter long, it made everything so much more pretty!
ReplyDeleteWe saw some dog sun glasses at our local pet boutique... but they didn't look very comfortable! Our dear Bailey would benefit greatly from some shades... she gotten cataracts in her old age, but yeah right like she would wear glasses!
Glad you two are sort of cuddling on the couch together, cute!!!

Our snow is looking ugly and we can see a lot of ground, but we had a high of 34 degrees today - it's amazing how much snow the sun can remove at that temp

You guys look like you have been in snow heaven. And you've done a great job of keeping it nice and white (even if packed down.) Ours is turning a bit polka dotted ... big yellow spots and lots and lots of little brown ones. (Don't blame us. It's the deer and elk. And even the bunnies.)
ReplyDeleteWaiting for the next storm,
Jake and Fergi xxoo
It finally warmed up here but now we are suppose to get rain. ~AFSS
ReplyDeleteYou guys should leave a poopy trap for the snow thief! He'll step on it, and leave a trail that you can follow back to his crate. And then you can catch him then!
ReplyDeleteSonic
That snow thief is a pest, I saw he took most of the Ao4's snow!
ReplyDeleteDon't blink!
ReplyDeleteKeep eyes wide open and paws in snow!
Don't let it slip through your fingers.

The Snow Thief did his damage the last couple days here in Colorado, but looks like he'll be run out of town tomorrow when the Grass Thief comes back for a visit!
ReplyDeleteGood job at keeping the snow thief away! You earned a nap with all that hard work!
ReplyDeleteGreat job patrolling! Now be careful to keep your eyes on the snow and not the other way around (some ball players do it the other way around).
ReplyDeleteTwink!
Hurray! The snow thief came by my house today. He didn't take it all but at least it isn't higher than I am tall anymore. Maybe the snow thief will only come to MO and stay out of KS. I really like your photos today. Phantom looks a bit smug in that 3rd one.
ReplyDeleteSnuggles,
Twix
Knowing how much you love your snow, I hope the snow thief will not come to your house to steal it!
ReplyDeleteKisses and hugs
Lorenza
You two look so comfortable in that snow. Hopefully you'll have lots more chances to enjoy it before spring.
ReplyDeleteHee hee, those weren't meatballs in my breakfast (but I WISH they were). They are cold-processed blueberries & cranberries that add antioxidants to my diet. It's the Blue Buffalo brand of dog food. I like to toss those little bits around the floor because they're hard to bite into.

Hi ya pals!!! Sorry it's been a while since I visited. Great yard to snarf around in! And, nice dual couch time too.

So sorry somebody stole most of your snow but you still got more than we did when it snowed here. It is pretty to watch but I'd rather just look at it from my chair through the patio door.

I have a husky also. I am stopping by from "my Net finds" To say hello..
ReplyDeleteOh no! It's while you're relaxing on the couch that the snow thief is most likely to strike!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your snooze guys. We're glad you have snow.
ReplyDeleteLove Ruby & Penny
The snow thief is working hard in our area. 40's. Can you believe it? For days in our forecast. Argh!
ReplyDeleteChuckling at your sharing the couch picture. Not exactly touching, huh? Queen Natasha does not like anypup touching her either.
Keep up the good work! You can have my snow if you want. I doesn't want it.
ReplyDelete~lickies, Ludo
Where are you guys from? Sure are beautiful. We think Sagira is part husky. :)
