I need HELP!!!
I have to figure out how to open that gate. Why???
I am in big trouble today.
I am in big trouble today.
I really thought the Momster would be so proud of me for killing this invader in the yard and then bringing it to her.
Hmmm, and here I thought she had found ME a snake, sure doesn't look much like a slithering critter to me.
Maybe if I look angelic and sit here with the two bipeds, she won't notice me.
Woos, Ciara
Ooooh, what is it? Is it treasure. Surely your mum would be glad you found treasure??
ReplyDeleteHmmmm that looks remarkably like a piece of a watering system then a snake - I could be mistaken though having never seen either. I think you did a great job of killing what ever it was!
ReplyDeleteIs that a sprinkler pipe? OOO.
ReplyDeleteUh oh! What is that thing? I'm not sure but it looks dirty. I can sorta see how you'd think it was a snake though. I'm guessing your Mom won't be all that mad -- I mean, how could anyone stay mad looking at your angelic face?
ReplyDeleteCiara, what is that you chewed? I don't think your mom is THAT upset with you right? It just looks like some kind of junk. I think it makes a wonderful chew toy.
ReplyDeleteCiara, it sure looks like a snake to us and we are not fond of them at all! We bet your mom won't be mad at you. How could she be? You look like an angel sitting on the couch with the sweet grandkids! Lots of love, Holly and mom
ReplyDeleteOh oh, is that part of the new system? We're in trouble today too. Bailey and Tess dug a huge hole in the mud this morning and Dad couldn't find enough dirt to fill it in. He was not happy and Mom didn't appreciate our dirty paws.
ReplyDeleteMorgan, Tsar and the muddy Porties
Oh, I think she'll be proud of you... can never be too safe, right?!
ReplyDelete-Corbin
It's hard to be mad at a pretty face like that!
ReplyDeleteOh my, Ciara! Oh my goodness... That does not look like it will be a cheap fix. I'm guessing your kibble supply is going to be slashed for a few weeks to pay for this. Uh oh.
ReplyDeleteWhere should we mail you some of Riley's kibble to? Hehe. No, but really, we hope Mom wasn't too terribly mad with you...!
Elyse and Riley
P.S.--Try to stay out of trouble for at least one day now...oh, who are we kidding, try for at least an hour! :)
Yeah, right.
ReplyDeleteGood luck
gussie
Yes! Looking cute is the best!
ReplyDeleteOh, nooooooo - it's a sprinkler, right? Oh, well, honest mistake! The price one has to pay to be surrounded by beautiful creatures LOL
ReplyDeleteCiara if you weren't so cute I am pretty sure you'd be in some deep kitty litter! Me thinks you've dug up a sprinkler head!!!! Oh well, who needs a sprinkler when you've had all that snow. The humans will fix it. Moving on... ooohhh stuffie...
ReplyDeleteWiggles,
calhoun
Ciara - how wuz u tu no X-ACTLY what it wuz? Your mom shood just b glad u d-fended the homestead an'b happy with that.
ReplyDelete~Shiloh'n Shasta~

ReplyDeleteI thinks you blend in nicely withs da grand bipeds...I would haves nevers seen you.
ReplyDeleteI still don't gets why da mumster gots mad...you was only doin' your job..and a GOOD job indeed!
Puddles

ReplyDeleteKari

What exactly is that, Ciara?????
ReplyDeleteThe "cute" route often works very well. Good luck!
Woofs,
Tommy
Very cute bipeds but hiding and acting cute never seems to work for me. Perhaps having a neat freak for a mother is my problem, she is always noticing when picutres are knocked over and food is missing from her plate.
ReplyDeleteUh-oh. I bet your mum was as impressed as mine was when she found Teddy chewing on her shoe.
ReplyDeleteCiara we think you did a great job of killing that thing from the yard, whatever it is. We don't think you should get into trouble - you were just defending your family!
ReplyDeleteOur experience is it's always good to have angelic bipeds nearby when the Mommy raises hers voice at something helpful we've done.
ReplyDeletePreferably we would look as angelic as you look on dat dere cowch too...
Bobo and Meja
Good idea Ciara blend in with the other two cuties Mom will never notice....
ReplyDeleteBig Sloppy Kisses
Gus, Louie and Callie
Well, it woulds be you, Ciara, who would do dat. I bet your brudders wouldn't do dat. Butt.....you were jus protecting your terror-i-tory so da hoomans should be thankin' you.
ReplyDeleteUmmmmm Ciara.. I'm thinkin that it Might LOOK like a Snake Monster..butt if fear it is actually pawt of your mom's irrigation system.
ReplyDeleteI KNOW she will forgive you THIS time.... butt I don't think you should do that again.. I'm just sayin.
Ciara we have one word to say.... RUN!!
ReplyDeleteCiawa
ReplyDeleteYou'we safew staying on that sofa looking innocent wif those bootiful bipeds.
It's too dangewous out thewe, i mean if thewe awe even snakes in youw yawd, dogness knows what you'd find beyond those gates
smoochie kisses
ASTA
Uh oh! What is that exactly?
ReplyDeleteThat invader looks evil to us, Ciara. Your mom should be proud of you for taking matters into your own paws!
ReplyDeleteLove ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
Whatever it was, we think you did a sterling job protecting the family. And sitting there beside the little bipeds and smiling is a terrific strategy to be forgiven for ANYTHING!
ReplyDeleteWell, of course it's not slithering NOW! You brave girl - you killed it! They should be so proud of you :)
ReplyDeleteThe Road Dogs
OOOOO Ciara!! Woo are in Big trouble!!! However we find that the "look cute" technique almost always works in a pinch!!
ReplyDelete-Gizmo, Ruby and Bart
Well, of course it not be looking like no slithery snek coz you maded it DED! I say you did a fine job.
ReplyDeleteIt was an honest mistake. I think you have the angelic look down perfectly.
ReplyDeleteYour pal, Pip
Oops..somepup's in trouble now..
ReplyDeleteCheers
Maxx
Yes, yes, if you just sit there looking angelic, your Momster may not notice but remember to clean those paws too!
ReplyDeleteBlame the gardener and stick to the little bipeds like velcro!
ReplyDeleteThank you for stopping by my blog and leaving such kind words for my brother's Gotcha Day. It meant so much to him! You and all of your family are such a part of our extended family...you are always there to encourage and make us smile!
P.S. You saw how Quinn RAN when Daisy Mae kissed him. Can you imagine TOWD in a KISSING BOOTH? He would be pink with bashfulness.
We thought you were going to tell us about some mischief that your Momster got herself into but instead you show us the scary invader you killed for her! Good job Ciara!
ReplyDeleteSadie
I think that the cuteness routine will work, Ciara, especially next to such a cute pair of grand-bipeds.
ReplyDeleteIs that part of the sprinkler system? Why exactly did you want to kill it? I'm not falling for the "I thought that it was a snake" defense!
Definitely, it's a snake that disguised itself as a water sprinkler. We believe you...
ReplyDeleteMocha Barney, Ashley Pumpernickel and Winniechurchill
I guess your yard will be missing water at some spot! Ooops!
ReplyDeleteYou really look angelic in that picture with the bipeds!
Kisses and hugs
Lorenza
holy cats, miss ciara, did you dig up part of the sprinkler thingie in your backyard?? rut roh...puttin' on the angelics might be a good idea!!
ReplyDelete*woof*
the booker man
It was an honest mistake, right, Ciara? Was that a part of the lawn sprinkler system, by chance?
ReplyDeleteBunny
Oh no! I don't think you were supposed to dig that up!!!
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Emma Rose
Fur sure!
ReplyDeleteThe Little Bi-peds will save woo!
Hugz&Khysses,
Khyra
Uh-Oh Ciara...I hope mom wasn't too angry! It has to be hard to stay mad at that face for too long:)
ReplyDeleteIts this way,Ciara. . .if you are a yard and garden dog, thats where you work. You do what you gotta do and phooey on whoever tells you its something else. Go see if there are any more of them tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Stella
Kill it, kill it. OH, wethought it was a snake too
ReplyDeleteBenny & Lily
Ciara-
ReplyDeleteYou are going to have to learn some sprinkler repair..heehee!
Wyatt
I look at it this way; since the yard is your territory, then anything IN the yard is technically yours. Therefore, that thingy was yours to kill.
ReplyDeleteKhady Lynn
Ciara, you did good!
ReplyDeletethere is no pleasing the hoomies sometimes!
And look how good you are with mini bipeds! I bet your hoomies are happy about that!
your pal,
Delta
wow, your 'angelic look' is waaaay too familiar! haha :) well done
ReplyDeleteJuno bows to your creative killings Ciara... 2 paws up she says. The rest of us at Wild Dingo? we have NO COMMENT!
ReplyDeleteWoos!
Woof! Woof! You are right ... SURE! Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure what you did, but it looks like it was VERY helpful. Why is she mad?! ;P
ReplyDeleteOh dear, but we are sure that you were only trying to help... hehe
ReplyDeleteCute shot with the bipeds! :)
Poor Ciara!! You where only trying to help!! The last picture of you with your (Snake) kind da- gives you a way!!! You look like you know you did a bad thing !!
ReplyDeleteYou will not do that again!!!
Thanks for your visit!!
xx, Bambi & Fern
oh dear... arf arf arf!!!!
ReplyDeleteWe think you should get some hugs and treats for getting that invader. Who was to know it was something important? It COULD have been a snake. It COULD have been dangerous. How's a Sibe to know? Your sweet innocent face with your two cute bipeds will work. How could anyone be made at that pretty face??? Who needs a watering system anyhow?!
ReplyDeletew00fs, hmmm, mama kinda laughed and said she bet ur mama was glad that wasnt on when u killed it...mud everywhere...buttt please b careful, it mighta been a poisoness snake and then u wooda had to go to the vet...
ReplyDeleteb safe,
rocky
We don't have anything like that in our yard. What is it? We hope you are out of trouble now.
ReplyDeleteI thinks it looks like a snake. Did you shake it good and hard? Good job Ciara! You look cute sitting next to the bipeds!
ReplyDeleteRuh-oh... I think Monty can suggest a good lawyer.
ReplyDeleteSam
Ruh-oh... I think Monty can suggest a good lawyer.
ReplyDeleteSam
Uh-ohh... ok you were only trying to pawtect the family from the 'snake' right? Your intentions were good.. and yes, if you keep up with that angelic look (and stay away from any snake look-alikes), your mom will forgive you soon.
ReplyDeleteok ciara, what evah woo do.. stick close to the bipeds. i repeat.. do not leave their sides! we'll figure something out. wait fur the text message..
ReplyDeleteyikes!
tula
I hope this worked out OK for you. It looks to me that you were just doing your job. It's not your fault if you didn't get the memo about that pawticular object. Better safe than snake bit, we always woof!
ReplyDeleteHi Ciara - moi, Avalon here. You got any more of those snakes in your yard??? I'm really good at snagging anything deep down below lawns or under/in anything whatsoever. We could have a really good time together heheh!!! Happy Wednesday!
ReplyDeleteHugs xoxoxo

Deborah
PS Where is all your snow? We still have two feet and nothing but ice...
Whoa! Looks like you dug up something you probably shouldn't have!! We know all about that. Try the cuteness thing....it usually works!! xoxo Chloe and LadyBug
ReplyDeleteThe hu-dad said he once had a landscaped yard but The Herd that came before The Herd convinced him how that was never going to happen again.
ReplyDeleteI killed one of those a few years ago and the beans got all out of shape about it and Mommy screamed and hollered till Daddy brought her a new one. Lucky for me she claimed it was Daddy's fault. I have learned to ignore them, since they seem to belong to Mommy and I don't bother her stuff. I just get Daddy's stuff. Sometimes I gets confused cause he uses her stuff. You can come stay with us, I would love to have you. We can chase squirrels and geese (I only chasing the geese when they are flying overhead, I leave the ones in the pond alone). ~Fenris
ReplyDeleteWe're betting you didn't get into too much trouble...you're too cute!
ReplyDeletexoxo
LOL! We need a key, pronto!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Did it work??? Sitting there looking cute with the bipeds? I hope so, Ciara. It'd be hard to ever get mad at you because you're so pretty.
ReplyDeleteCiara, I think you did a good job. And even if your mom doesn't like it, it looks like one of your little people is putting a protective hand on you so you can't get into trouble!
