Serenity on Sunday or not?



Doesn't this look like a most serene and peaceful Sunday snooze?

What did I tell you? She is like a parasite, I just can't seem to shake her.

Bizarre weather day here in OP. We have had fog way thicker than pea soup all day, right up until now 4:30 p.m. And now we are having a big thunderstorm. Tonight they claim we will have a wintry mix! What is wrong with Mother Nature? Doesn't she know it is still February?

    I love your pack! TD does love her, I can tell! But, it seems very hard to hide from her!

    We've had dogs in the past who were very afraid of t-storms. Our trainer advised with K and R that we make t-storms a game. As soon as one starts, we get a supply of *extremely good* treats. After each boom, we jackpot each dog with a bunch of treats. So far, it's worked, and neither dog is afraid of thunderstorms.

    Okay, I am laughing pretty hard about Ciara's antics today! I have a feeling that if it really bothered that big brother of hers, he'd tell her off.

    We had crazy weather here, too! Snow on Thursday night, then it melted off, more snow Friday night and now rain today. Please let it take the snow with it! Has Ciara ever tried a thundershirt?

    Now you know exactly what our coonhound does to us when her humans are trying to relax on the couch! She seems to think we want to view her butt or face instead of the television! We hate it (oops) .... we love her though!

    You knows wot they say - wot goes around comes around. She mite be the yunger pest now but you can be the old geezer pest to her when you get to be an old geezer. I used to be a pest with my older sis Dixie when I was the puppeh but now she is the old geezer and let me tell you, paybacks is tuff. Always sleeping in MY hidey spot where only I is allowed, leaving pee mail on the FLOOR, I tell you, annoyink!

    Oh Thunder! We can tell you love your little pesky sisfur very much even though she certainly does seem to be attached to you! Phantom is a sweet Mama's Boy too!

    Our mommy doesn't like t-storms either so she understands how Ciara feels.

    At last call last night there was thunder and distant lightening. The girls ran around the yard barking at it. Morgan was afraid to go out and spent the night sleeping between Rob and me. She kicks in her sleep.

    Ciara is just his biggest fan! Like a shadow, she will always follow him around. (Did we just hear him sigh???!) LOVE the pics especially the couch wrestling one!
    How is Phantom feeling? We're hoping good! He sure has a nice cozy spot on Hu-Mom's feet! They are so beautiful!

    Mother Nature has been weird here too. It can't seem to decide if it's winter or spring. One day it's bitter cold and the next day it's warm. And then it goes back to cold weather again! We haven't had a lot of fog at least.
