Still working on it




Thunder: What have we here, Ciara?


Ciara: Thunder, I knew you were struggling with your project, so I thought maybe you could use some help from these magic wands. I found one for you, one for me, and one for Phantom. Maybe between the three of us, we can figure it out.




Thunder: Where does she come up with these ideas?






Seriously, I SO do not need these silly frilly princess hocus pocus things.







But she has given me another idea. Maybe there is some help in one of these books.




Now all I need is someone to read them to me.





I am getting a bit worried about my project. I may need to enlist some help from someone with real magical skills. I will see what I can conjure up for tomorrow.

    Gretchen SERIOUSLY adores the HP movies. I'm more than a little irked that we can no longer take dogs to the drive-in; she would love to watch it on the big screen, tilting her little head to the sounds... and no, she wouldn't bark if I kept whispering, "Inside voice..."

    Here is an idea: Remember planting the stuffees? Just plant the wands, say the project words over them and see if that doesn't work. It might!

    Just got caught up on all your posts!

    We think those Harry Potter books will help with your project, Thunder, for sure! I'm actually reading The Order of the Phoenix right now. I started with the first book a couple of weeks ago and am now on the 5th. Such good books--the movies don't do them justice!

    It is hot, hot, hot here as well! We have had temps over 100 the last few weeks too. Although, today is supposed to be a bit cooler, but I still got pretty sweaty on our walk this morning!

    Watch out with those magic wands. In the last Harry Potter movie thing were pretty serious with everyone waving them around.
