A Day to Honor Our War Dead



It's Memorial Day here in the U.S.  It is a day set aside to honor all of our citizens who have died in the service of our country.  Yes, there will be barbecues, parades, relaxation, and shopping trips, but it is important to take some time to remember these heroes.





The OP Pack salutes and thanks all of these special men and women and even some dedicated animals.  We also would like to thank all those currently serving in the military - we do appreciate you.

    I was supposed to get up this morning and go to a Memorial Day service but was feeling lazy and didn't go. I did get my flag up though! So now I'm watching the service at Arlington Cemetery from earlier today on tv.
